Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a jetting device such as a spraying device provided in an aerosol container has been used with the aerosol container in an upright state. In addition, when the aerosol spray container is used in an inverted state, a weight is attached to the tip of the liquid supply pipe connected to the lower end of the aerosol valve so that the aerosol spray container can be used in both upright and inverted states. Is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 2-162649 before the present application. Also, a liquid supply pipe is connected to the lower end of the aerosol valve of the aerosol spray container, and the liquid supply pipe is suitable for use in an upright state in which the liquid is supplied to the aerosol valve of the aerosol spray container by the liquid supply pipe. Conventionally, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 64-21763 and Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 62-2256
It is well-known without giving an example in Japanese Patent Publication No. 3 and the like. Also,
Conventionally, the diameter of the pore provided at the upper end of the liquid supply pipe is 0.2
It has been practiced to provide a through hole of mm, but providing such a small through hole was technically very difficult. Therefore, as a substitute for the pores provided at the upper end of the liquid supply pipe, if a flow path corresponding to the pores is formed, not only gas will flow out but instead gas and liquid will flow out in a mixed state There may be grooves, spirals, etc., but they have not been made yet.

A weight is attached to the tip of the liquid supply pipe connected to the lower end of the aerosol valve of the aerosol spray container disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 162649, so that the aerosol spray container can be used both in the upright state and the inverted state. In the aerosol spray container usable in this state, the weight attached to the tip of the liquid supply pipe connected to the lower end of the aerosol valve tends to come off, and if it comes off, it is not easy to repair and cannot be reused. Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to solve that point. Further, a liquid supply pipe is connected to a lower end portion of the aerosol valve of the aerosol spray container, and the liquid supply pipe can be used only in an upright state in which liquid is supplied to the aerosol valve of the aerosol spray container by the liquid supply pipe. It is not of a type that can be used in both the upright state and the inverted state. The present invention is a partially modified aerosol spray container that can be used only in the upright state, which has been conventionally used, and can be used in both the upright state and the inverted state. It is an object of the present invention to be able to use for a spray container.

ジングである。[Embodiment 1] The present invention relates to an aerosol valve in which an upper end portion of a supply pipe 15 is fitted to an outside of a cylindrical portion 21 protruding from a lower bottom of a valve housing 11 of the aerosol valve. A narrow communication path from the gap provided between the lower bottom portion and the back side portion to the lower end of the cylindrical portion 21, that is, the horizontal communication path 17, the vertical communication path 18, the vertical groove 22, the horizontal groove 23, or the spiral groove 24, when the aerosol container is used in an upright state, the liquid content rises inside the supply pipe 15 from the opening at the lower end of the supply pipe 15 and can be ejected to the outside, and is used in an inverted state. At this time, the liquid content flows from the horizontal communication passage provided at the lower bottom portion of the valve housing 11 to the vertical communication passage or the spiral groove 24 into the supply pipe 15, and passes through the small through hole 16 of the cylindrical portion 21. Outside Since the valve housing is an upright valve that can be ejected, when the aerosol container is used in an upright state, the contents of the liquid material can be sucked up in the supply pipe 15 so that the aerosol container is in an upright state. When used, a plurality of communication passages are formed, so that a vertical communication passage 18 and a horizontal communication passage formed over the lower end portion of the tubular portion 21 through a passage formed between the insides of the lower end portions. The housing is a vertically inverted housing characterized in that the housing is sucked up in a state of the contents of the liquid material through a communication passage communicating with the housing 17.

A narrow communication path, that is, a horizontal communication path 17, a vertical communication path 18, a vertical groove 22, a horizontal groove 23, or a spiral groove 24 is formed from a gap portion provided between the bottom portion and the rear side portion to a lower end portion of the tubular portion 21. Forming
When the aerosol container is used upright, the supply pipe 1
The liquid contents can rise inside the supply pipe 15 from the lower end opening of the supply pipe 15 and can be ejected to the outside, and when used in an inverted state, the horizontal communication path provided in the lower bottom portion of the valve housing 11 changes to the vertical communication path. Alternatively, the liquid content flows into the supply pipe 15 through the spiral groove 24 and the small through hole 1 of the cylindrical portion 21 is formed.
6 is an upright valve housing which can be ejected to the outside through 6, so that when the aerosol container is used in an upright state, liquid contents are sucked up from the opening at the lower end portion of the supply tube 15. In effect, from the portion of the gap to the lower end portion of the tubular portion 21, a lateral communication passage 17,
Vertical communication path 18, vertical groove 22, horizontal groove 23 or spiral groove 2
When the aerosol container is used in an upright state by forming a communication passage in the container from the communication passage such as 4, the cylindrical portion is formed through a passage formed between the lower end portions of the supply pipes 15. 21 is a narrow and lateral communication passage 1 formed over the lower end portion
7, the supply pipe while blocking the vaporized gas stored in the upper part of the container from flowing into the supply pipe 15 from the communication path such as the vertical communication path 18, the vertical groove 22, the horizontal groove 23, or the spiral groove 24. When the aerosol container is used in an upside-down state by sucking up the liquid contents inside the aerosol valve 15, the cylindrical portion is cut from the gap provided between the aerosol valve and the lower bottom portion of the lower bottom of the valve housing 11. 21 and the vertical communication passage 1 formed over the lower end portion of the first communication passage 21.
8, there is an effect that liquid contents can be sucked up through a communication path such as the vertical groove 22, the horizontal groove 23 or the spiral groove 24.
Therefore, the present invention partially modifies the aerosol spray container which can be used only in the upright state, which has been conventionally used, so that it can be used in both the upright state and the inverted state. Has the effect of obtaining. Therefore, a liquid supply pipe is connected to the lower end portion of the aerosol valve of the aerosol spray container, and the liquid supply pipe can be used only in an upright state in which the liquid is supplied to the aerosol valve of the aerosol spray container by the liquid supply pipe. Although it is not of a type that can be used in both the upright state and the inverted state, it is partially modified, so that it can be used in both the upright state and the inverted state. There is an effect that can be used in

The upper end of the supply pipe 15 is fitted to the outside of the cylindrical portion 21 protruding from the lower bottom of the valve housing 11 through the gap provided between the upper end of the supply pipe 15 and the back side of the lower bottom of the valve housing 11. A narrow communication passage extending to a lower end portion of the tubular portion 21, that is, a horizontal communication passage 17, a vertical communication passage 18,
When the aerosol container is used in the upright state by forming the vertical groove 22, the horizontal groove 23 or the spiral groove 24, the liquid content rises in the supply pipe 15 from the lower end opening of the supply pipe 15 and is ejected to the outside. When used in an inverted state, the liquid content flows into the supply pipe 15 from the horizontal communication passage provided in the lower bottom portion of the valve housing 11 through the vertical communication passage or the spiral groove 24, and the cylindrical portion is formed. A vertically inverted valve housing that can be ejected to the outside through 21 small through holes 16.
