It is rotatably and vertically movably inserted into and mounted on a support shaft 9 press-fitted into the base 1, and is held by the base 1 via an elastic member 6 made of silicone rubber. In addition, this holding
This is performed by fixing the base 1 and the objective lens holding member 4 to the elastic member 6. Reference numeral 8 denotes a permanent magnet, which is fixed on the base 1 symmetrically with respect to a support shaft 9, and energizes a magnetic circuit composed of the permanent magnet 8 and the base 1, the focus coil 2 and the tracking coil 3. Thus, the objective lens holding member 4 is slightly moved in the axial direction and the rotation direction of the support shaft 9. Due to this movement, the laser light of the semiconductor laser (not shown) irradiated above the lower part of the base 1 is recorded by the objective lens 5 mounted on the objective lens holding member 4 on the upper part of the objective lens 5. It is always focused on a medium (not shown).

This is to ensure position accuracy.

This will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 is an exploded perspective view, FIG. 2a is a plan view of an integral elastic member which is a main part, and FIG. 2b is a sectional side view of the same. In the description, the same parts as those in the conventional example are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof will be omitted. According to FIGS. 1 and 2a and 2b, reference numeral 12 designates a metal plate 13 made of brass and a silicone rubber provided at a symmetrical position with respect to a central hole 16 of the metal plate 13 fixed to the base 1. Elastic member 14 and a base 1 provided on the elastic member 14.
It is an integral elastic member integrally formed with a brass insertion pin 15 to which the elastic member 14 is attached. Also, this integral elastic member
The attachment of the twelve to the objective lens holding member 4 involves inserting the central hole 16 of the metal plate 13 into the projection 17 of the objective lens holding member and fixing it with an adhesive.

Since the position accuracy is determined, the position accuracy can be improved as compared with the position accuracy of the objective lens having a combination error generated by the conventional combination.
