When welding a vinyl sheet using the method described above,
It is necessary to provide a predetermined interval (so-called fixing margin) for fixing with the locking pin between the edge of the vinyl sheet and the welded portion. Since such a fixing margin has a problem in the step of covering the cushion material and further in the product, the outer end of the welded portion is cut after welding (so-called trimming).
There was a problem that had to be done. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problem, and has as its object to weld a welded vinyl sheet which does not require cutting the end side, which is a so-called fixing margin, after welding, and welding used in the method. To provide a mold.

According to the method for welding a vinyl sheet according to the first aspect, at least two vinyl sheets are placed on the lower mold.
In the welding method in which the sheets are stacked and placed, and the vinyl sheet is fixed with the locking pin, and is pressed and heated between the upper mold and the welding, the edge of the vinyl sheet is fixed with the locking pin. In addition, it is possible to solve the problem by detaching the locking pin from the edge of the vinyl sheet at the time of the heat processing, and by pressing and heating at the position of the locking pin and welding. According to a second aspect of the present invention, at least two vinyl sheets are stacked on a lower mold, and the vinyl sheet is fixed with a locking pin. In order to fit the locking pin to the position of the upper die to be pressed and heated at the edge of the vinyl sheet in the welding mold for welding by pressurizing and heating the mold. And a hole is formed in the lower die facing the groove, a sliding plate slidable up and down with respect to the lower die is provided, and the sliding plate is locked on the sliding plate. A pin is erected to allow the locking pin to penetrate through the hole from below and protrude into the concave groove of the upper die, and the sliding plate is in contact with an outer peripheral surface of the lower die and has an upper surface thereof. This problem is solved by providing a guide wall extending upward.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to the welding method and welding mold of the vinyl sheet which concerns on this invention, since the edge part of the said vinyl sheet is fixed and the welding is carried out at the position of a locking pin with a locking pin, there is no margin for fixing, and as a post process. Trimming becomes unnecessary. At this time, if the locking pin is configured to be detached from the edge of the vinyl sheet during the heat processing, the hole of the vinyl sheet opened by the locking pin can be filled by melting the vinyl sheet.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The members, arrangement, and the like described below do not limit the present invention, and can be variously modified within the scope of the present invention. FIGS. 1 and 2 show a first embodiment of a molten metal mold according to the present invention. In this example, a welding metal mold K comprises a lower mold 3, an upper mold 4, a sliding plate 5, and a locking pin 7. And so on. The lower die 3 of the welding die K is composed of an upper plate 3a and a lower plate 3b, and a cylindrical portion 3c connecting the upper plate 3a and the lower plate 3b. Upper stage
A predetermined number of through-holes 9 are formed in advance at the end of 3a to pass a locking pin 7 described later. The upper panel 3a and the lower panel
A sliding plate 5 is disposed between the upper plate 3a and the lower plate 3b.
3b can be slid up and down. This sliding plate 5
Is made of an insulator, and comprises a flat plate 5b sliding between the upper plate 3a and the lower plate 3b, and a guide wall 5a formed at a peripheral end of the flat plate 5b. The flat plate 5a has a hole 10 for sliding with the cylindrical portion 3c.
Are formed. Further, the guide wall 5a is in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the upper plate 3a and a welding bar 4a to be described later, and extends above the upper die 4a,
It is in contact with the push plate 11. In this example, an elastic coil spring 6 is wound between the sliding plate 5 and the lower plate 3b in the cylindrical portion 3c, and biases the sliding plate 5 toward the upper plate 3a. On the other hand, an upper die 4 is disposed above the lower die 3, and a pressing plate 11 for pressing the upper die is disposed above the upper die 4. A welding bar extending downward is provided at the end of the upper mold 4.
A groove 8 is formed in the lower surface of the welding bar 4a, and a locking pin 7 for fixing a vinyl sheet can be inserted into the groove 8. . The locking pin 7 of this embodiment is made of metal, and stands upright on the sliding plate 5, penetrates through a through hole 9 formed in advance in the upper plate 3 a from below, and raises the tip thereof. It protrudes above the board 3a and is further inserted into the concave groove. Next, a method of welding the vinyl sheets 1 and 2 to each other by using the welding die K having the above configuration will be described. First, the upper die 4 is positioned upward, and the pressing plate 11 is released upward. At this time, the sliding plate 5 is urged by the elastic coil spring 6 and is at the uppermost position (in a state of contacting the lower surface of the upper plate 3a). In a state protruding upward. Next, the vinyl sheets 1 and 2 made of PVC leather or the like to be welded are placed on the upper plate 3a in an overlapping manner, and the edges thereof are fixed to the locking pins 7. Next, the upper die 4 is inserted into the groove 8 of the welding bar 4a by the locking pin 7.
The vinyl sheets 1 and 2 are pressed from above and fixed between the upper plate 3a and the welding bar 4a. Next, the slide plate 5 is slid downward by pushing the push plate 11 and held at the lowermost position. At this time, the tip of the locking pin 7 is housed in the through hole 9 of the upper panel 3a, or is located below the through hole 9. In this state, the vinyl sheets 1 and 2 are welded by applying a high-frequency current to the welding bar 4a and heating it. By doing so, the vinyl sheets 1 and 2 can be welded at their edges,
There is no need to cut the edge of the vinyl sheet after welding. Also, the holes of the vinyl sheet opened by the locking pins can be filled by melting the vinyl sheet.

The welding method and the welding mold for a vinyl sheet according to the present invention are such that the locking pin is detached from the edge of the vinyl sheet at the time of heat processing and is welded by pressing and heating at the position of the locking pin. Since the mold has a concave groove inside the welding bar into which the locking pin can be inserted, an interval is provided between the edge of the vinyl sheet and the welded part to locate the locking pin. It is not necessary, and the edge of the vinyl sheet can be welded, so that the edge is not required to be cut.
