1の型が上下昇降手段により第2の型に対して上下動自
在になされ、該第1の型を上昇させた状態で、前記基台
より表皮材セット治具を取外し、該表皮材セット治具に
前記表皮材のメイン部を位置決めして配設し、表皮材の
サイド部を表皮材セット治具の側部側に位置させ、次い
で表皮材のメイン部を表面に配設した表皮材セット治具
を前記基台上に取付け、次いで第1の型を下降させて第
1の型と第2の型とを型合わせし、表皮材のサイド部を
第1の型と第2の型の型合わせ部より外部に導出した状
態で発泡合成樹脂の原液を注入することを特徴とする表
皮材とパッド材との一体成形方法。

せ、前記第2の型を内方に移動させて第1の型と第2の
型との型合わせ時に第1の型と第2の型の型合わせ部よ
り表皮材のサイド部を外部に導出し得るようになされて
