DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Industrial application field) The present invention makes it possible to easily perform a partial repair or a whole repair of a resin-made flowable spread-coated flooring material, and to use a floor material having different materials and colors differently arranged. The present invention relates to various repair methods for sink floors, which can beautifully finish a joint portion when applying such a method. (Prior art) Epoxy, urethane, vinyl ester, etc., various resin flowable floor covering materials have a glossy finished surface (floor surface) and high aesthetics. Heat resistance, dust resistance, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, cleanability, non-staining,
Since it has properties such as conductivity and is capable of non-slip coating, it can be used for floors of various facilities and buildings, and the demand for floor covering floor materials has been increasing. Also, the floor covering material is a two-part liquid material, which is prepared in an appropriate ratio before the application, and the prepared liquid is poured into the base material by an appropriate amount at the same time, and at the same time, is stretched to a predetermined thickness to maintain a horizontal surface. In this way, a large number of workers complete the work by hand using a trowel or the like. (Problems to be solved by the present invention) However, since the spread floor is to finish the entire floor surface into one smooth surface, it is difficult to implement.
If the footprint is accidentally stepped on during curing after application is completed, or if the machine is damaged when carrying in the machine, the joints that are boundaries will be cut even if the part is cut off and the resin is poured and repaired. Since a level difference is created, it is not possible to form a smooth surface of the entire floor as described above, and the entire floor must be repainted again, resulting in enormous losses such as labor costs, time, material costs, Similarly, due to the unevenness of the base, the thickness of the applied resin is different due to the unevenness of the coating resin, and the floor surface will undulate when curing, or dust will be mixed in, the protrusions will occur on the floor surface, When the whitening effect occurs, the entire floor surface needs to be repainted. Also, if you want to give a pattern or guidance to the floor, you must of course apply it with a combination of resins of different colors or different types of resin. ,
He had no choice but to endure the point of deteriorating aesthetics. The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and in the case of performing a partial repair or a whole repair of a resin-made flowable spread coating floor, the repair can be easily performed without the trouble of repainting the whole as in the past. It is an object of the present invention to provide various repair methods for a floor with a floating floor, which can be beautifully finished by a combination coating of resins of different and different colors. (Means for Solving the Problems) To achieve the above object, the gist of the present invention is to provide a resinous flowable spread flooring (1) with a protrusion formed on the surface and the flowable spreadable floor. A part of the material (1) is deleted, and a step generated when a new spread-coated floor material (2) is applied is polished with an abrasive having relatively coarse particles to form the same surface as other portions. In addition, there are various methods for repairing a sink floor, which are characterized in that gloss is produced with a fine particle abrasive. (Operation) As described above, the repair method according to the present invention is characterized in that the protruding portion on the floor surface formed by the flow-spreading floor material (1) is shaved and flattened, and the gloss ( Polish), or remove and remove recesses caused by the dropping of lasts or objects on the floor covering (1).
When applying the same type of spreadable flooring material (2) for repair to this location, or when applying the spreadable flooring material (1) beforehand, secure a non-coated surface and apply a different color or different type of spreadable flooring. If the flooring (2) is to be applied later (when the material is different depending on the pattern or the place of use), the floor covering (1)
The same surface can be obtained by polishing and flattening the step with the floor covering (2), and by giving a gloss, it is possible to provide a beautiful floor surface without impairing the aesthetic appearance. Various repairs can be performed easily. (Example) Hereinafter, an example of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional side view showing a state in which a part of the floor covering floor material (1) to be repaired has been removed and the floor covering floor material (2) has flowed in, and FIG. 2 shows a state in which the floor surface is smoothed. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional side view showing a state where a protrusion is formed on a floor surface;
FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional side view showing a state in which the area to which the floor covering (1) is applied is previously restricted by joint bars. In the drawings, (1) is a flowable spreadable floor material, and various resins such as epoxy, urethane, vinyl ester, etc., which are horizontally applied to the base (3) with an appropriate thickness (about 1 to 5 mm). This is a floor covering material that is made by flow-casting, and is used to remove a portion with a diamond cutter or the like when a footprint is formed or damaged during or after curing of the resin, and a curing tape (4) is attached to the upper edge. After the application, the same type of spreadable flooring material (2) as that of the flowable spreadable flooring (1) is poured into the portion to form a horizontal surface. In the case where small recesses occur due to small scratches or repelling phenomena, etc., the spreadable floor material (2) may be applied directly without removing the damaged portions and without using a curing tape. Next, curing tape (4)
And remove the steps at the junction between the floor covering (1) and the floor covering (2) with sandpaper, a belt sander soaked with abrasive particles, a vibration sander, a disk sander polisher, etc. Polishing (polishing in several steps in order from coarse ones) to remove and form one smooth surface, and then use abrasives with finer particles than the above abrasives (for example, Picard of Japan Abrasive KK). It is used to give a polished gloss and to repair the floor to the exact same condition as the floor finish using only the floor covering (1). Also, in the case of a protruding portion (5) caused by the incorporation of dust or unevenness of the base, as described above, if the protruding portion (5) is removed with a coarse abrasive and a gloss is obtained with a polishing abrasive, the conventional method can be used. It is not necessary to repaint the entire floor surface as in the above. In addition, it is also possible to make the surface glossy by polishing as a whole surface repair of the floor that has become old with the passage of time and the whitening phenomenon of the surface due to moisture,
Conversely, when performing a partial repair of the floor surface after a lapse of time, the color of the repaired part is burned with a germicidal lamp or an ultraviolet lamp to adjust the color tone so that the color of the repaired part is the same as other parts, or the floor material pigment to be newly applied It is also possible to make a repair so that the repaired part cannot be determined at all. Also, a case where one floor surface is formed by combining different types of flowable spread floor materials (1) and (2) (such as a case where a pattern is applied by color coding or a case where two or more floor surfaces having different characteristics are required). An enclosure is provided with an object to which the resin does not adhere, such as a silicon-coated joint bar (6). First, a spreadable floor material (1) is applied to a predetermined position, and after curing and fixing, the joint bar (6) is fixed. Remove and apply another sinking flooring (2) and apply the sinking flooring (2)
It is sufficient that the step is removed and the surface is polished so as to give a gloss when cured. In addition, when a relatively small area such as display characters is applied to the floor surface, the characters are previously formed in a plate shape with a spreadable floor material (2) and placed at a predetermined position ( Alternatively, even in the method of applying the spreadable flooring material (1) which has been fixed to the base material (3) in advance, a predetermined location is applied after the spreadable spreadable flooring material (1) is applied to one surface. It may be a method of removing and applying a spreadable floor material (2) to the portion, and it is sufficient if the joined portion is finally smoothed by polishing to give a gloss. In addition, frosting can be easily performed by omitting the polishing work which is the final finish of the present process, instead of the embossing finish (matting) conventionally performed. It should be noted that the final polishing described above is stopped to a certain extent, and waxing is performed at the end, so that the finish can be beautifully finished, and the time can be shortened. (Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, it is difficult to implement and repair the floor covering material, which is burdensome for the contractor from a management standpoint, in a simple form in a short time. It can be partially or totally repaired at a small cost, so it has an extremely large effect, and the appearance is impaired even when combining different types of flooring in consideration of the characteristics of the sink floor. It can be implemented without any problems, and its utility value is extremely high.
