【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は洗濯機の糸くず取りフィルターに係り、特に
糸くず捕集効果が良く、着脱容易な吹流しタイプの糸く
ずフィルターの取付構造に関する。 〔従来の技術〕 従来の洗濯槽に取り付ける吹流しタイプの糸くず取り
フィルターは、弾性変形しにくい、取付脚を洗濯槽に圧
入固定し、水流による揺動回転をプラスチックヒンジを
回転中心として行わせる構成となっていた。しかし、一
度取り付けると取り外し性が良くないこと、また、水流
と反対方向にネットが吹流れている時は、糸くず捕集効
果が良くないこと、更にプラスチックヒンジが折損する
等、取扱性,糸くず捕集性能,信頼性の面での配慮が充
分されていなかった。 また、ポンプupして糸くずを捕集する方式もあった
が、ポンプの吹込口,吐出口等の配管路に糸くずがつま
る等の問題があった。 〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕 上記従来技術は、取付脚が弾性変形しにくい形状のた
め、着脱性が悪く、またネットが水流と同じ方向に吹流
されている時は、糸くず捕集効果はあるが、ネットが水
流と反対方向に向いている時は、捕集効果が少なく、か
つプラスチックヒンジにより揺動回転させていたため、
正逆転の繰返し荷重がプラスチックヒンジに加わり、亀
裂が入り、破損に至るという欠点を有していた。 一方、ポンプup方式の従来技術は糸くずが、配管路に
つまりやすいことと、また、構成部品要素が多くて、価
格的に不利なものであった。 本発明の目的は、着脱性が良く、しかも、正逆転いず
れもの水流についても、糸くず捕集効果が生じるように
したこと、また回転揺動させる方法として、プラスチッ
クヒンジを用いず、回転軸を採用することにより、折損
等の恐れがない、信頼性の高い、洗濯機の糸くず取りフ
ィルターを提供することにある。 〔問題点を解決するための手段〕 環状の枠と、この枠に取り付けられている袋状のネッ
トとを有する洗濯機の糸くず取りフィルターにおいて、
前記枠をトラック形状に形成し、この枠の長手方向の一
端側には洗濯槽の軸受け孔に嵌まる基軸用回転軸を有す
る基軸ボス部を、他端側には支持腕を有する腕ボス部を
設け、支持腕をU字状に形成するとともに支持腕の外端
側には洗濯槽の軸受け孔に嵌まる着脱用回転軸を外向き
に形成し、着脱用回転軸と基軸用回転軸を同一軸線上に
置かれるように配置したことを特徴とするものである。 〔作用〕 糸くず取りフィルターは、回転軸を回転中心として摺
動可能となっており、正転時には水流の回転方向に従っ
て、糸くず取りフィルターの枠の表側より糸くずがネッ
ト内に捕集され、かつ、逆転時には、すすぎフィルター
の凹部に入り込んだ糸くずは、糸くず取りフィルターの
枠の裏側から、ネット内に入り、捕集される。 従って回転軸は水流により自然に揺動回転するため
に、従来のプラスチックヒンジのような繰返し荷重が加
わることがなく、折損する恐れがなく信頼性の高いもの
にすることができる。 また、上側の着脱用回転軸と枠の間には、弾性変形し
やすい、U字形状支持腕を形成したので糸くず取りフィ
ルターの着脱が容易である。 〔実施例〕 以下、本発明の一実施例を第1図〜第6図により説明
する。 第1図において、洗濯槽1の底部に設けられたパルセ
ータ4は洗濯モータ(図示せず)の回転により、洗い,
すすぎを行う。また排水フィルター2は洗濯槽1の右奥
コーナ底部に、すすぎフィルター3は洗濯槽1の右奥の
槽壁に取付けてあり、、糸くず,異物等が配管内部に入
らないよう洗濯槽1と配管部を仕切るフィルターの役目
をしている。 一方、操作パネル6には、操作用つまみが配してあ
る。また脱水槽7は遠心力により脱水を行うものであ
る。 すすぎフィルター3の下部には、糸くず取りフィルタ
ー5が設けられている。 第2図において、糸くず取りフィルター5の具体的の
取付状態を説明する。糸くず取りフィルター5には袋状
のナイロンネット9が、トラック形状の環代の枠6によ
り、第6図の断面図に示す如く、枠A11と枠B12とで、は
さまれた状態で固定されている。更に枠6には、第4
図,第5図に示す如く、基軸用回転軸10′を有する基軸
ボス部6′と支持腕13を有する腕ボス部6″が一体に形
成されている。支持腕13はU字形状に形成され、外端に
は上向きに着脱用回転軸10が形成されている。着脱用回
転軸10と基軸用回転軸10′は同一軸線上に位置するよう
に配置されている。 着脱用回転軸10と基軸用回転軸10′が洗濯槽の軸受け
孔14,14′に嵌合して、第4図の如く、パルセータの水
流の流れに添って摺動回転可能となっている。 次に、第4図にて、具体的に糸くずがナイロンナット
に捕集される原理について説明する。 まず、水流がA方向の正転時にはリング状の枠6が、
水流の強さとバランスが取れた状態で、水流に対して枠
6が開口した状態となるため、枠6内を通過した糸くず
はナイロンネット9の中に確実に捕集される。また、水
流がB方向の逆転時には、水流が、すすぎフィルター3
の凹部8に入り込み、枠6の中を通過して、ナイロンネ
ット9に糸くず捕集されることになる。 また、糸くず取りフィルター5をすすぎフィルター3
から外す時は、第3図に示す如く、枠6を握るようにす
るか、あるいは、支持腕13に指をかけて、支持腕13を下
方向に変形させると着脱用回転軸10と軸受孔14の係合
は、容易に外れて簡単に掃除が出来るものである。 次に第7図において、糸くず捕集性能を従来のポンプ
up方式と比較したものを示すが、ポンプup方式は糸くず
が配管路につまりやすい問題があることの他に、部品構
成が複雑な割には、捕集性能も良くないものである。 従って、本発明によれば、パルセータの正逆転いずれ
の方向についても確実に糸くずが捕集されるとともに、
プラスチックヒンジを使用していないので折損する等の
恐れがなく、フック部の弾性変形を利用した着脱構成の
ため、取扱性の良い、糸くず取りフィルターを提供する
ことが出来る。 リング状の枠6とすすぎフィルター3はポリプピレン
(PP)の合成樹脂で作られている。リング状の枠6の回
転軸10,10′を嵌める嵌合穴14,14′は、スライド鉤の金
型を使用しないで形成するようにしている。 すなわち、第5図に示すように、嵌合穴14,14′は、
左方向にも抜けるような形成になっている。左方向に抜
ける部分は、少なくとも、すすぎフィルター3の凹部8
の肉厚分だけは必要である。このために、すすぎフィル
ター3を左側から見ると、軸受孔14,14′は、同穴14,1
4′の左右に壁があるような形状になっているので枠6
の着脱用回転軸10、基軸用回転軸10′の挿入がし易いも
のである。 また凹部8に溢水口を設けないので、めくらにする
と、さらにナイロンネット9に糸くずがさらによく入る
ようになるものである。 〔発明の効果〕 本発明は、環状の枠と、この枠に取り付けられている
袋状のネットとを有する洗濯機の糸くず取りフィルター
において、前記枠をトラック形状に形成し、この枠の長
手方向の一端側には洗濯槽の軸受け孔に嵌まる基軸用回
転軸を有する基軸ボス部を、他端側には支持腕を有する
腕ボス部を設け、支持腕をU字状に形成するとともに支
持腕の外端側には洗濯槽の軸受け孔に嵌まる着脱用回転
軸を外向きに形成し、着脱用回転軸と基軸用回転軸を同
一軸線上に置かれるように配置したことを特徴とする洗
濯機の糸くず取りフィルターにある。 この構成によれば、糸くず取りフィルターが着脱用回
転軸と基軸用回転軸とを軸受け孔に嵌めているので洗濯
水流と同じ方向に吹き流れるように動くので糸くずが良
くとれる。 また枠をトラック形状にし、U字形状の支持腕に着脱
用回転軸を設けているので、着脱用回転軸の軸受け孔へ
