より作られ、切り目10を有し、網7の上に取り付けられ
ている。11は高分子材料よりなる中空糸膜であり、細菌

目より外に漏れることはなく、空気は切り目より通過
し、活性炭の漏れ防止を図りながらリークテストが可能
であるという効果を奏するものである。
