発明が解決しようとする課題 一軸型搾油機は搾油効率を上げるために前処理として

の摩擦抵抗により原料の供回り現象を防止しながら且殆
ど混練されることなく出口部へと徐々に圧縮されて、搾
油されていた原料が混練されない場合スクリューの谷付
近にある原料の油分は外周部への移行に時間がかかりそ
のため運転条件として低速回転で高圧力の運転が強いら
れ高出力のモータが必要であった。また200kg/cm2をこ
える圧力を発生させつつ搾油させるためバレル等の耐高
圧構造が必要であった。さらに重大なる欠点は油脂原料
の前処理での加熱及び搾油時の発熱に起因する油焼けな
どの油質の低下が認められ、加えて摩擦力や圧縮力によ
り過度の機械的エネルギーを受けて燐脂質等の不純物資
が溶出し易くなる問題点を有していた。本発明は従来の
技術の有するこのような問題点に鑑みなされたものでそ
の目的とするところは油質を低下させず前処理を省略す
る搾油・搾汁が低出力ですみ耐高圧構造を要しない押出
搾油,搾汁機械を提供しようとするものである。
