ーパッド9とからなる表皮材7にはシートクッションパ
ッド5に貫設した孔6と対応して孔10が貫設され、この
両孔6,10が整合されて、絞り込み部材11により絞り込み
凹部4が形成される。この絞り込み部材11はボタン12と
ボタンリテーナ13との2部材からなり、ボタン12は所定
の径を有する頭部12aと、この頭部12aの中央部より軸部
12bが垂設され、同軸部12bの先端には略弾頭形状の係止
部12cが一体に形成されている。また、ボタンリテーナ1
3は所定の径を有する円板状に形成され、その中央部に
はボタン12の係止可能な径の孔13aが貫設されるととも
に、同孔13aの直交する方向にスリット溝13bが形成さ
れ、各片13cは弾性変位可能に設けられている。このよ
うに設けられたボタン12は孔6,10に挿通して表皮材7を
絞り込み状にして、背面側にリテーナ13を係止すること
で絞り込み凹部4が凹設される。また、第2の手段とし
て第12図に示すように表皮材7を押圧状に絞り込んでミ
シン縫い14等により縫い付けて絞り込み凹部4を凹設し

座面部および背当り部に絞り込み凹部を成形する構成と

施例における例えばシートクッション35を成形する成形
金型の下型38の型面39の絞り込み凹部37を成形しようと
する部分に沿って同凹部37に見合う長さで所定の高さを
有する絞り込み用凸部40が形成され、同凸部40の根元部
分はR部が付されている。したがって、この第2実施例
においても第1実施例と同様に表皮材7が載置され、同
表皮材7は絞り込み用凸部40に対し密着状に沿わせて絞
り部7bが形成され、同絞り部7bの外周には第1実施例と
同様に弾性リング41が弾着され、この状態で下型38内に
発泡剤を注入した後、型閉じし発泡・固化することで絞

見合う形状、高さの絞り込み用凸部を凸設して、この絞
り込み用凸部に前記表皮材を密着状に包着して絞り部を
形成し、該絞り部に弾性リングを弾着し、このもとで、
発泡型内に発泡剤を注入し、型閉じした後、前記発泡剤
を発泡・硬化することにより座面部および背当り部に絞
り込み凹部を成形する構成としたことを特徴とする一体
発泡シートの製造方法。1.
