管相互のフランジ接合部上にそれぞれ防食層を設け、該
防食層部分の外側にそれぞれ防護カバーを設けてその内
部に充填剤を充填することにある。

で、輸送費の低コスト化がはかれる。 (3)現地での組立て作業を時間をずらして実施可能で
あり、あるいは分業して組立てを実施できる。 (4)従来方法では鉛工部あるいはフランジ接合部のい
ずれかから漏油があった場合、全体を覆う防護カバーを
取外し、充填剤を除去して修理し、修理後再び防護カバ
ーを取付け、充填剤を充填する必要があったため、修
理、再組立てに多大の労力と時間を必要とした。これに
対して、本発明の補強方法によれば、上記のような漏油
があった場合、その部分のみ防護カバーを取外し、再組
立てを行えばよいので、これに要する労力及び時間を大
幅に低減できる。
