し、かしめバンド3の中央部の凹曲した凹曲部10と上記
立ち上がり片2の折り曲げ部9と対向させ、金型でかし
めバンド3を加圧して押し潰すことにより立ち上がり片
2を折り返すように倒すと共にかしめバンド3が密着す
るようにかしめることを特徴とする。

下降した状態で底部かしめコーン17と側部かしめコーン
18a,18bがなす外面の形状は下型14と同じ形状である。
下型14の隙間16の端面はかしめバンド3の広がり変形を
防止するガイド面19となっている。しかして一対の雨樋
曲がり半体1をかしめバンド3にてかしめ接続するにあ
たっては次のように行う。下型14の隙間16にかしめバン

の状態で第2図や第4図(a)に示すように立ち上がり
片2に沿ってかしめバンド3が配置される。そして上型
12を下降させて型締めする。上型12を下降させると上型
12と下型14が合致して上型12と下型14との間に雨樋曲が
り半体1が挟持され、さらに下降することにより下型14
が上型12と一緒に下降し、底部かしめコーン17と上型12

部かしめコーン17が下降し、側部かしめコーン18a,18b
