Description: TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a transparent spice tube for preventing the spices from deteriorating in quality during storage. (Prior art) Synthetic resin tubes are used as packaging containers for kneaded spices such as kneaded mustard and kneaded ginger. These are generally deteriorated in quality of kneaded spices due to light such as sunlight or fluorescent light, particularly ultraviolet rays. It is formed of an opaque packaging material for the purpose of preventing the occurrence of opacity. However, the opaque tube has a problem in use because the remaining amount of the contents cannot be confirmed from the outside, and there is a problem in the effect of products lacking a fresh feeling because the contents cannot be seen. On the other hand, when the tube is formed of a transparent packaging material, the fats and oils in the kneaded spices are oxidized by light incident on the packaging material, particularly ultraviolet rays, and at the same time, the kneaded spices are significantly faded or browned. In particular, in the tube container, an air bag phenomenon occurs each time use occurs, and oxygen enters the inside of the tube. When ultraviolet rays are incident in this state, the oxidation of the fats and oils in the spices is remarkably accelerated by the oxygen, and at the same time, the discoloration and browning of the spices Is promoted. (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) It is an object of the present invention to provide a transparent spice tube for preventing the deterioration of quality during storage of spices without the above-mentioned problems. (Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention has been completed as a result of earnest research to achieve the above-mentioned object, and the gist of the present invention is to provide a transparent synthetic resin tube with an ultraviolet-blocking ink and / or an ultraviolet-absorbing ink. It is a tube for kneading spices to which an agent is added. The transparent synthetic resin tube is formed of various synthetic resin transparent films. Specifically, the synthetic resin tube may be formed by a polyolefin-based filter or the like, preferably a laminated film in which the inner layer and the outer layer are a polyolefin-based filter and the intermediate layer is an oxygen-impermeable film such as a saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. May be formed. Each layer of the laminated film may be provided by bonding through an adhesive layer. The thickness of the film and the laminated film forming the synthetic resin tube is
It is desirably 100 μ to 750 μ, preferably 250 μ to 500 μ. In the present invention, an ultraviolet-blocking ink and / or an ultraviolet absorber is added to the above-mentioned synthetic resin tube. Here, examples of the ultraviolet blocking ink include titanium oxide, iron oxide, red iron oxide, various pigments, and the like. Among the above-mentioned UV-blocking inks, it is particularly preferable to use a brown-based or yellow-based ink having an absorption wavelength of 200 μm to 400 μm in order to increase the effect of preventing ultraviolet rays. When the kneaded spice is brown or yellow, the quality is significantly deteriorated by ultraviolet rays, so that the use of the above-mentioned brown or yellow ultraviolet blocking ink can favorably prevent this, and The color tone of the kneaded spice and the tube can be made the same color to improve the appearance of the tube containing the kneaded spice.
The UV blocking ink preferably has a particle size of 180 mμ or less, in order to obtain a good UV protection effect and transparency for the tube. The ultraviolet absorber may be any as long as it can be blended with the synthetic resin, and specific examples include a benzotriazole-based or hydroxyphenyl-based ultraviolet absorber. The UV-blocking ink and / or UV absorber as described above can be added to a synthetic resin tube in the following manner so that the tube has transparency. That is, as an example of the method of adding the ultraviolet blocking ink and / or the ultraviolet absorber, there is a mode of kneading into a film forming a synthetic resin tube. As another example, there is a mode of kneading at least one of the laminated films forming the synthetic resin tube or the adhesive layer of the laminated film. As still another example, there is an embodiment in which a coating agent containing an ultraviolet-ray-blocking ink and / or an ultraviolet-absorbing material is produced and applied to the outer surface of a synthetic resin tube. In the case where the UV-blocking ink and / or UV absorber is added to a synthetic resin tube in which the inner layer and the outer layer are formed of a laminated film composed of a polyolefin-based film and the intermediate layer is formed of an oxygen-impermeable film, both are added. It is preferable to knead the outer layer polyolefin film or knead the ultraviolet absorber into the outer layer polyolefin film and the ultraviolet ray blocking ink into the inner layer polyolefin film. By these means, it is possible to obtain a desired effect of preventing ultraviolet rays, to impart preferable transparency to the tube, and to ensure hygiene and safety for the spices. Incidentally, the ultraviolet blocking ink and the ultraviolet absorber may be kneaded into the polyolefin-based films of the inner layer and the outer layer. In the case of adding a UV blocking ink and / or UV absorber as described above in the synthetic resin tube, the ultraviolet shielding ink in a concentration of 0.1 g / m 2 to 1.5 g / m 2, an ultraviolet absorber it is preferable for imparting good ultraviolet prevention effect and transparency into tubes each added at a concentration of 0.1g / m 2 ~2.0g / m 2 . Due to the air bag phenomenon, oxygen easily enters and remains in the vicinity of the opening of the tube in the tube. In this portion, that is, in the vicinity of the opening of the tube, the shoulder, and the shoulder of the body, ultraviolet blocking ink is used. It is preferable to add the ultraviolet absorber at a high concentration even within the above range. In the above case, the concentration of the UV-blocking ink and UV absorber is, for example, 0.4 g / m 2 or more for the former and 0.5 g / m 2 or more for the latter. Next, examples of the kneaded spices stored in the tube of the present invention having the above-described configuration include kneaded poppy, kneaded ginger, kneaded wasabi, kneaded pepper, kneaded garlic, kneaded plum, kneaded plum and so on. Among the above-mentioned spices, the tube of the present invention exhibits a particularly desirable quality deterioration effect with respect to those having a brown or yellow color and those having an oil content of 5% by weight or more (in particular, 20% by weight or more). In addition, when the kneaded spices are yellowish ones such as kneaded mustard (including mustard) and kneaded ginger, turmeric, gardenia yellows, safflower yellows, and red flowers are used as color materials for producing these yellowish tones. It is desirable to use in combination with at least one or more selected from yellow dyes such as yellow pigment. The addition ratio of the turmeric and the yellow pigment is preferably from 0.1 to 2.0 with respect to the weight ratio of the former to the former. With the above configuration, browning of the kneaded spices due to ultraviolet rays can be prevented, and a good yellowish color tone can be maintained. Therefore, when the kneaded spices to which the coloring material is added in the tube of the present invention are stored, the effect of preventing the quality deterioration of the kneaded spices is synergistically improved. (Effects of the Invention) According to the kneaded spice tube of the present invention, in addition to the use and appearance effects of ensuring the contents of the kneaded spice, it is possible to appropriately block ultraviolet rays and reliably prevent the quality of the kneaded spice from deteriorating. The effect of prevention can be obtained. Also, by storing the spices of a specific color in a tube containing a UV-blocking ink of a specific color,
Further, a good quality deterioration preventing effect and a beautiful appearance can be achieved. When the tube is formed of a laminated film, a favorable effect of preventing the deterioration of the spices by adding an ultraviolet blocking ink and / or an ultraviolet absorber to a specific layer can be obtained. (Example 1) Polyethylene blended with titanium oxide and a benzotriazole-based ultraviolet absorber (titanium oxide concentration: 1.0% by weight, benzotriazole-based ultraviolet absorber concentration: 0.5% by weight) was supplied to an outer layer extruder. A saponified ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer was supplied to the extruder, and polyethylene was supplied to the inner extruder. In addition, maleic anhydride-modified polyethylene was supplied to an adhesive layer extruder located between the outer layer extruder and the intermediate layer extruder and between the intermediate layer extruder and the inner layer extruder. The outer layer extruder, the adhesive layer extruder, the intermediate layer extruder, the adhesive layer extruder, and the inner layer extruder are connected in order from the outer layer to the inner layer of a concentric five-layer die set at a temperature of 200 ° C. The layers were fused together and extruded as a single parison. This was molded into a five-layer tube by hollow molding. The thickness of the inner layer / connecting agent layer / intermediate layer / adhesive layer / outer layer of the molded tube is 200 μ / 15 μ / 30 μ / 15 μ / 100 μ, respectively. When the paste was stored in the tube manufactured as described above and exposed under fluorescent light for 20 days while using an appropriate amount of paste, deterioration of the flavor, browning, and fading of the paste were hardly observed. Was. At the same time, it was possible to confirm the content of the kneaded poppy in a tube containing the kneaded poppy, and it had a fresh feeling. Example 2 Polyethylene blended with a benzotriazole-based UV absorber (concentration of benzotriazole-based UV absorber 0.5% by weight) was supplied to an outer layer extruder, and polyethylene (titanium oxide) was blended with titanium oxide to an inner layer extruder. (Concentration: 0.5% by weight) was prepared in the same manner as in Example 1 except that a 5-layer tube was produced. The kneaded ginger was stored in the tube manufactured as described above, and exposed for 20 days under a fluorescent lamp while using an appropriate amount of the kneaded ginger, deterioration of the flavor and browning of the kneaded ginger, almost no fading was observed. Was. At the same time, the tube containing the kneaded ginger was able to confirm the content of the kneaded ginger and had a fresh feeling.
