However, the heating toilet seat has the following features. (1) The thickness of the seat surface of the toilet seat is made thinner than the thickness of the rear surface, so that heat radiation from the seating side is made larger than that of the rear surface, and the thermal efficiency is improved. When compared with the structure including, the thermal efficiency is inferior and the power consumption increases.

(3) Increasing the thickness of the back surface causes problems such as sink marks and a decrease in operability of opening and closing the toilet seat due to an increase in weight, a decrease in opening and closing durability due to an increase in load on the hinge portion, and an increase in cost due to an increase in material costs. I got a point.

This method of manufacturing a heating toilet seat is effective when all parts are sequentially placed in a mold and molded. However, since the appearance of a foamed resin molded product is poor, a foamed resin is coated on the outside to improve the appearance. A part 15 to be formed is required, the number of molded parts increases by one, the cost increases, and it is difficult to obtain a hollow molded product with a normal injection molding machine. There is a problem that it is necessary.

(Means for solving the problem) The technical measures taken to solve the problem are as follows. That is, in a heating toilet seat having a sheet heating element formed by injection molding of a conductive heat generating material inside, and being integrated with a synthetic resin, a synthetic resin that covers the seat surface side is injection-molded. At the time, after the sheet heating element, the synthetic resin portion covering the opposite side to the seating surface of the sheet heating element, other electric components, etc. are arranged in a mold, injection molding is performed, and heat during molding at that time is used. In a heating toilet seat that is molded by being integrated by pressure, it is integrated by providing ribs, grooves, holes, etc. on the side of the synthetic resin part that covers the opposite side of the seat surface with the planar heating element. This is a heating toilet seat having a space containing gas on the side opposite to the seating surface of the rear heating element.
