器誤差を記憶する器差記憶手段(12)、前記流量センサ
ー(S1)と号数記憶手段(11)と器差記憶手段(12)か
らの情報に基いて流量を算出する流量演算手段(13)、
並びに、その流量演算手段(13)による算出流量を積算
記憶する積算値記憶手段(14)を設け、 検量対象流体の圧力を検出する圧力センサー(S2)、そ
の圧力センサー(S2)による検出圧が設定値以下である
か否かを判定する異常圧力低下判定手段(18)、並び
に、その異常圧力低下判定手段(18)からの指示で検出
圧が設定値以下に低下すると検量対象流体の流路(7)
に対する遮断装置(V)を閉弁させる出力手段(20)を
設け、 メータ本体の振動や傾斜を検知する感震器(S3)、その
感震器(S3)からの情報に基いて地震が発生したか否か
