2. Description of the Related Art Recently, as a wall panel forming an outer wall surface of a building, a shallow box-shaped metal plate wall panel in which bent pieces are continuously provided around four sides of a main plate has been widely used. When a wall surface is formed using this wall panel, a hemp panel made of a metal plate having the same configuration as that of the wall panel is used for a hemming portion at the upper end of the wall such as a parapet portion. In the rain-closing structure of the coping panel portion, as in the case of the wall panel, a sealing material is filled in a gap between adjacent panels to form a joint for waterproofing.

However, since the top surface of the coping is exposed to direct sunlight for a long period of time, the sealing material is liable to deteriorate over time. There is a problem in that it flows down into the inside and causes corrosion of the panel mounting members and the steel frame of the building frame. Therefore, the applicant has proposed a rain sash structure of a sash panel disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 5-16965. It has to be fixed to the building frame via a bracket or the like, and there is a problem that work such as positioning and welding takes time and labor.

According to the present invention, there is provided a shedding panel structure for a shelter panel comprising a plurality of shelter panels made of a metal plate arranged in a longitudinal direction, and a sealing material filled between end plates of adjacent shed panels. In the rain closing structure of the coping panel forming the joint for waterproofing, the longitudinal ends of the rain gutter disposed below the top joint between the end plates and having an upward opening width larger than the joint width of the top joint are formed. The rain gutter is supported by the support fitting in a state in which the rain gutter is inclined in the longitudinal direction by being hooked on a hook piece of a support fitting disposed inside the end plate and fixed to the coping panel. A drain pipe connected to a lower inclined end of the gutter is opened outward through a vertical joint between the end plates.

After the gutter is installed, the sealing material is filled between the both end plates to form joints. If the sealing material at the top joint breaks due to aged deterioration thereafter, the rainwater that has entered the joints is directed upward. It falls into the rain gutter opening to the outside, flows in the rain gutter according to the inclination, and flows out from the drainage pipe at the end.

Reference numerals 21 and 22 denote support brackets for supporting the rain gutter 30. The support brackets are formed by bending a small piece of metal plate into a crank shape, and as shown in FIGS. At positions near both ends, they are fixed to the inner surface of the end plate by welding. And according to the inclination of the top plate 11,
The rear support member 22 is attached at a position lower than the front support member 21. 21a and 22a are hook pieces extending in the longitudinal direction (front-rear direction) of the end plate 16 so as to face each other. The rain gutter 30 is the end plate 1 of the adjacent coping panels 10, 10.
6 and 16, the locking piece 31 is hooked on the hooking piece 21a of each support fitting 21 and the locking piece 32 is hooked on the hooking piece 22a of each support fitting 22, respectively. It is supported by the support brackets 21 and 22 in a state inclined in the direction.

As described above, the rain gutter 30 only needs to be hooked on the support fittings 21 and 22 fixed to the coping panel 10.
On-site work such as welding of mounting brackets is unnecessary,
The rain closing structure 50 can be constructed quickly and easily. Further, since the support brackets 21 and 22 are attached to the inside of the end plate 16 and do not protrude outward from the end plate 16, the carpet panel 10 can be transported or attached to the frame 2 when the carpet panel 10 is mounted. When the wall panel 1 is transported or attached to a building frame, it is not caught or damaged by other members or the human body.

FIG. 5 shows another embodiment of the present invention.
The same parts as those in FIG. 4 are denoted by the same reference numerals. In this embodiment, the wall panel 3 and the coping panel 10 are mounted one by one on base materials 62, 63 which are mounted on a building frame 61 made of a concrete wall by brackets or the like, instead of a curtain wall system. The case where the present invention is applied to a wall structure is shown. In this embodiment, since the base materials 62 and 63 extend horizontally as pass-through members, when the rain gutter 30 is inserted in the same procedure as shown in FIG. In order to prevent interference with the drain pipe 34, the entire length of the gutter body portion of the rain gutter 30 is made slightly shorter than that of FIG.
a and 22a are made longer, and the position of the lower end edge 16a of the intermediate portion of the end plate 16 is made higher.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments. For example, the rain gutter may have a cross-sectional shape other than the above, and the material may be aluminum, a colored zinc-iron plate, a resin such as PVC, or the like. The locking piece provided on the rain gutter may have another shape, such as a projection having a part of the gutter plate protruding. Further, the drain pipe 34 may be connected to the end of the rain gutter on site using a sealing material or the like. Further, the shape of the support fittings 21 and 22 may be other than those described above. Further, the support fittings may be attached to the cover panels other than the end plate 16 such as the inner bent pieces 14 and 15, the side plates 12 and 13 or the top plate 11. It may be fixed.

As described above, according to the present invention,
Since the gutter was hooked and attached to the support bracket fixed to the coping panel, welding work for mounting the gutter on site was unnecessary, and the sealing material at the top joint between the coping panels was cut. Even if it occurs, the rain gutter discharges rainwater to the outside to prevent rainwater from entering the building frame side and prevent corrosion of the building frame and panel mounting parts. Is obtained.
