貫通した第2パンチ穴3を第2パンチ工具によりリーマ
仕上げして第2図dに示す如く紡糸孔5を得ていた。

とを、夫々直径200mm、厚さ1.0mmのステンレス鋼製の口
金板に穿設された20,000個の直径0.3mmの第1パンチ穴
に第2パンチ工具を打ち込んで第2パンチ穴を形成した
処、従来例の第2パンチ工具9を打ち込んで形成した第
2パンチ穴は元の第1パンチ穴と芯ずれするものが1%
もあったのに対し、改良例の第2パンチ工具9′を打ち

撓み量が多く、十分な自由度(柔軟性)を有するので、
極めて加工精度の良い第2パンチ穴ひいては紡糸孔を得
ることができる。
