Description: TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a building board such as a ceiling board, and more specifically, providing a gap corresponding to a mark at an arbitrary position in a length direction. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a building board that can be manufactured.

A veneer is manufactured by sticking a thin veneer to a plywood of about 4,000 mm in length and applying an adhesive with a spreader or the like to a wooden ladder that has been assembled into a ladder, and pressing the decorative board onto the wooden pier. It was glued and fixed. However, according to this method, gaps can be provided at regular intervals during construction in the width direction of the ceiling plate, but since the decorative plate is long in the length direction, no gap can be formed and smooth There was a problem that there was only a face.

For example, if it is attempted to provide a gap of about 5 mm at intervals of 500 mm in the length direction, the ceiling plate itself must be manufactured with a length of 500 mm, and it is necessary to provide a gap between the ceiling plates at the time of construction. It was very difficult in terms of construction, and in fact, no gap was actually provided. For this reason, the ceiling plate tended to be monotonous without irregularities.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and by eliminating all the conventional disadvantages, forming a gap at an arbitrary position in the length direction. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method of manufacturing a building board which can impart the design of the unevenness of the eyeglasses, and has a long size as a whole, and also has the simplicity at the time of ceiling construction.

FIG. 1 shows the wooden bar 1. The wooden bar 1 has a ladder shape formed by a vertical bar 2 and a horizontal bar 3. The length of the vertical bar 2 is usually set to about 4000 mm, which is equivalent to the length of the ceiling plate. A horizontal bar 3 is provided at an arbitrary distance a from the vertical bar 2. In this embodiment, the interval is set to 500 mm.
On the other hand, a decorative board is separately manufactured as follows. Length 4,
Apply an adhesive to a 000 mm plywood with a spreader, put a thin veneer on the plywood, press it, paint the surface as needed to produce a decorative veneer body, align it with the horizontal rail 3 spacing a Cut it. (In this embodiment, cut to 500 mm) Next, as shown in FIG. 2, a normal adhesive 4 is applied to one side of the vertical bar 2 and the horizontal bar 3 of the wooden bar 1, Hot melt 5 is applied to the sides. In this case, the hot melt 5 is used in combination with the decorative plate 6 shown in FIG. 3 when the decorative plate 6 is bonded and fixed, in order to prevent a lateral displacement of the decorative plate 6 and to secure a necessary gap between the decorative plates 6. This is because it is suitable for temporary fixing.

In this state, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the decorative board 6 is bonded and fixed to the wooden crosspiece. In this case, a gap b is provided between the decorative boards 6 and 6 on the horizontal rail 3 to make up the makeup. The board 6 is bonded and fixed to the wooden bar 1.

The method for manufacturing a building board according to the present invention forms a ladder-like wooden bar provided with horizontal rails at an arbitrary distance, and cuts a long decorative panel body into a plurality of pieces according to the horizontal rail interval. A decorative board is formed, and a gap is provided between the decorative boards on the horizontal rail, and the decorative board is bonded and fixed to the wooden rail so that the upper surface of the horizontal rail is exposed. It can be easily manufactured without sticking to the wooden board by gluing and fixing it to the wooden bar in accordance with the horizontal rail spacing by cutting it to form a plurality of decorative boards. As a result, at any position on the surface of a building board such as a ceiling board, it is possible to easily impart an uneven design such as a mark with the upper surface of the horizontal rail exposed at the bottom between the gaps. It has the advantage that.
