る。これらコードリール装置はシャフト７によりコード
リール保持板８にビス９で固定されている。このコード
リール保持板８にはレール６と接触して電源を供給する
ためバネ性を有する蝶型接点10が取り付けられ、さらに
リード線11とスポット溶接で接合されていた。2. びにフランジ部を備えたコードリールおよびこのコード
リールに略対称形状でドラム部ならびにフランジ部を備
えたコードリールケースを結合してなるコードリール本
体と、このコードリール本体中央に設けた軸受部に挿入
されるシャフトと、中央部に前記シャフトが取り付けら
れるコードリール保持板を有し、前記コードリールには
電源コードから接合されたバネ性を有する接点を配設
し、この接点と接合して電力を供給するリング状の接点
をコードリール保持板中央部に固定し、このリング状接
点の一部にこの接点とほぼ直角に折り曲げてコードリー
ル保持板の裏面へ貫通させ雄型端子を形成し、コードリ
ール保持板の裏面には前記雄型端子と直交するリブを設
けたものである。また、リブを雄型端子より低くしたも

との間の隙間に雌型端子が挿入された場合にも、雌型端
子の挿入状態を容易に確認することができ、組立性が良
好となる。リブを雄型端子より低くしているので、雄型
端子に雌型端子を挿入する場合でも、雌型端子の一部は
リブより上方に位置するので、この部分を指で挟み完全

コードであり、先端はコードリール12に保持されたバネ
性を有する蝶型の接点17に結合している。これらコード
リールユニットはシャフト18を介してコードリール保持
板19にビス20により固定されている。このコードリール
保持板19中央にリング状の接点21及び21′を取り付け
る。このリング状接点21,21′には直角に折り曲げて形
成した雄型端子22,22′があり、コードリール保持板19
に差し込んで裏面に端子を形成する構造となっている。
これにより雌型端子の抜き差しで接点の取り付け取り外

端子を形成し、コードリール保持板の裏面には前記雄型
端子と直交するリブを設けたコードリール装置。1.
