However, in the manufacturing method of the first conventional example, the operation of welding the band-shaped member 13 and the operation of welding the closing member 14 are performed separately, so that the number of steps in the entire manufacturing is large. It takes time and effort to manufacture the entire product. In addition, since the work of connecting both ends of the band-shaped member 13 with the core member 15 and the work of finely adjusting the both ends of the band-shaped member 13 to be in contact with each other are performed manually, the connection work is troublesome and time-consuming. In addition to the cost, the number of parts and the number of assembling of the whole product increase, so that there is a problem that the manufacturing cost is high and it is difficult to manufacture at low cost.

[0005] In the manufacturing method of the second conventional example, after the band-shaped member 23 is set on the folded edge 22c of the cylindrical member 22, the band-shaped member 23 is covered.
Since the members 22, 23, 24 are superimposed and welded together, the contact portions of the members 22, 23 are slippery,
Since the band-like member 23 attempts to restore the initial shape due to the elasticity of the member itself, the covering position of the band-like member 23 may be displaced or fall off. It is difficult to set the member 23 in a proper position and in a proper coating state, and it takes time and effort to perform the coating operation. Further, similarly to the first conventional example, the belt-shaped member 13
Since both ends are connected by the core member 15, the number of parts and the number of assembling of the whole product increase, and there is a problem that it is difficult to manufacture at low cost.

According to the present invention, the annular member and the closing member are collectively welded to the folded edges formed at both ends of the cylindrical member while the respective annular members and the closing members are superimposed, as in the first conventional example. By welding the band-shaped member and the closing member separately to each other, the labor and work of connecting both ends of the band-shaped member with the core member can be omitted, and by using the cylindrical member formed in a cylindrical shape, the resin sheet can be used. Operations and steps for forming the tubular member can be omitted, the number of steps in the entire manufacturing can be reduced, and the manufacturing steps can be simplified. In addition, the number of parts and the number of assemblies of the entire product are smaller than those of the first and second conventional examples, the manufacturing cost required for one product can be reduced, and the manufacturing time can be greatly reduced. It can be manufactured at low cost. In addition, since the ring-shaped annular member is welded in a state of being overlapped between the opposing surfaces of the tubular member and the closing member, displacement of the overlapped position of the annular member during welding can be reliably prevented. In addition, the operation of welding the annular member can be performed properly and accurately, and the operation of manufacturing the resin container into a predetermined form can be easily performed, thereby improving the manufacturing accuracy of the product.

As shown in FIGS. 2, 3, and 4, a rectangular or square resin sheet 2a formed of a transparent soft resin is curved into a cylindrical shape, and both ends of the resin sheet 2a on the curved side are overlapped with each other. For example, on one side of the overlapping portion 2b of the resin sheet 2a,
The lower end of the plate-like heating element 7 constituting the high-frequency heating device (not shown) is pressed at the lower end on the longitudinal side to form a heating surface 7a of an inner edge and an outer edge formed at the lower end of the plate-like heating element 7 on the longitudinal side. The welding and cutting of the resin sheet 2a are performed simultaneously with the cutting blade 7b.
That is, the heating surface 7a of the plate-shaped heating element 7 is pressed against one side surface of the overlapping portion 2b of the resin sheet 2a, and the entire length of the overlapping portion 2b of the resin sheet 2a is pressed by the heating surface 7a of the plate-shaped heating member 7. The welder is welded together as it is. At the same time, the cutting blade 7b of the plate-shaped heating element 7 is pressed along the welded portion, and unnecessary portions of the resin sheet 2a protruding outside the lower end of the plate-shaped heating element 7 outside the longitudinal side are cut off. Cylindrical member 2
Is completed. Alternatively, a cylindrical tubular member 2
May be extruded by an extruder (not shown),
Operations and steps for curving the rectangular resin sheet 2a into a cylindrical shape and welding and cutting the overlapping portion 2b of the resin sheet 2a can be omitted.

The welding and cutting of each of the members 2, 3, and 4 are performed simultaneously with the cutting blade 8b on the outer peripheral edge. Alternatively, the annular member 3 is attached to the folded edge 2c of the tubular member 2.
After the stacking and the closing member 4 are placed and polymerized, the entire circumference of the superposed portion of each of the members 2, 3, 4 is pressed from below by the lower peripheral edge of the tubular heating body 8 to perform welding and cutting. The folded edge 2 of the tubular member 2 held in shape by the tubular heater 8
Corresponding to c, for example, an annular member 3 formed in an arbitrary shape such as an ellipse, a triangle, or a square may be welded.

In the same manner as described above, the annular member 3 and the closing member 4 are superimposed on the folded edge 2c formed by folding the peripheral edge on the other end side of the tubular member 2, and the outer peripheral edge of the annular member 3 is Work of closing the other end of the cylindrical member 2 by integrally welding the both ends of the handle member 6 to the peripheral edge of the cylindrical member 2 facing the folded edge 2c while the both ends are superposed. Is completed. In addition, a fastener 5 made of synthetic resin is integrally welded to a peripheral edge on the back surface side of the opening 2d formed on one side surface of the cylindrical member 2. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 9, by turning over the resin case 1 formed as described above, the manufacturing operation of the entire product is completed.

As described above, the folded edge portion 2 of the tubular member 2
Since the annular member 3 and the closing member 4 are integrally welded to each other in a state where the annular member 3 and the closing member 4 are superimposed on each other, the band-shaped member 13 and the closing member 14 may be separately welded as in the first conventional example, or the band-shaped member may be welded. The labor and work of connecting both ends of the thirteen with the core member 15 can be omitted, the number of steps of the entire manufacturing can be reduced, and the manufacturing process can be simplified. Moreover, the number of parts and the number of assemblies of the entire product are smaller than those of the first and second conventional examples, and the manufacturing cost required for one product can be reduced, and the manufacturing time can be significantly reduced.
The resin case 1 can be manufactured at low cost.

In addition, since the ring-shaped annular member 3 is welded while being superposed between the opposing surfaces of the tubular member 2 and the closing member 4, the overlapping position of the annular member 3 is displaced during welding. Can be reliably prevented, and the welding operation of the annular member 3 can be performed properly and accurately, so that the manufacturing accuracy of the product is improved. In addition, by fitting the tubular welded body 8 to the outer peripheral surface of the tubular member 2, the members 2, 3, and 4 can be integrally welded while keeping the shape in a predetermined form, and The operation of manufacturing the case 1 into a predetermined form can be easily performed.
