7の下端に複数の突起32を下面にもつ座板33を設け
るとともに、この突起32が夫々適嵌する複数の凹所3
4を形成したキャップ35を螺筒14に螺着したもので
ある。前述した第2〜第5実施例は、共に螺杆7の回動
をキャップ25,28,31,35に伝達して螺進さ
せ、螺筒14に設けたノズル孔13を外部操作により閉
塞するものであるが、圧力なべAの開蓋時に、蓋体2が
約1/4回動されることからキャップ25,28,3
1,35も締付け方向とは逆方向に約1/4回動する。

(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 耐熱,断熱性をもつ合成樹脂材料にて容
器本体と蓋体とからなる圧力なべを構成し、該圧力なべ
を構成する前記蓋体の上面に、少くとも高圧力調整弁,
低圧力調整弁,及び安全弁を設けるとともに、蓋体の中
央に下端に係合手段を有する螺杆を螺着せしめ、一方、
前記容器本体内に、耐熱,断熱性の合成樹脂材料にて形
成され、容体と蓋とを螺合構造により分解可能とし、而
も、前記容器本体の底部中央に回り止め構造を介してセ
ットされる食材の密封容器を収容せしめ、該密封容器を
構成する前記蓋の上面中央部に、中途部にノズル孔を形
成せる螺筒を一体に形成するとともに、この螺筒に前記
螺杆の係合手段に係合する係止手段をもつキャップを螺
着したことを特徴とする食品加工器。
