2. Description of the Related Art In bolt joining, a joining method utilizing the sliding friction strength of a joining surface is generally performed. Specifically, rusting treatment is performed on the joint surface, which involves pre-treatment such as curing to prevent the application of rust preventive paint, sanding, application of a rust accelerator, exposure to air, etc. They spend a lot of time and place on the road. In addition, shot blasting as surface processing requires a large amount of equipment cost and a secure workplace, which imposes a large economic burden on small, medium, and micro enterprises. In addition, these operations have problems in terms of hygiene, environmental problems such as dust and noise, and work accidents such as moving heavy objects. In contrast, the base material to be polymerized

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a high-strength bolt, comprising the steps of: providing a gap between a non-screw shaft portion of a high-strength bolt and a bolt hole formed in joint members; Chamfered portions 4a formed on the upper and lower peripheral edges of the hole 4
A wedge ring 5 having an outer peripheral shape formed in a continuous obtuse tooth mold 6
Is inserted and arranged. Then, the wedge ring 5 is cut into the chamfered portion 4a using the tightening force of the high-strength bolt 1.
By biting only with write a joint structure according to the high-strength bolts so as to contact the bonding surfaces. In the above, wedge ring 5
When a ring is used instead of an annular ring, it is desirable to increase the biting force due to the expansion stress involved.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a high-strength bolt having a non-threaded shaft portion 1a, 5 denotes a wedge ring inserted around its outer periphery, particularly 5a denotes a double-sided wedge ring, 5b denotes a single-sided wedge ring, and 7, 7 denote a wedge ring. A washer 8 is a nut. Of these, the double-sided wedge ring 5a is shown in FIG. 2 and the single-sided wedge ring 5b is shown in detail in FIG. That is, the double-sided wedge ring 5a is a split ring body into which a split 5c is inserted, and the obtuse tooth mold 6 is continuously formed on the entire outer periphery, and the cross-sectional shape thereof is shown in FIG. To form an aperture curve 5d. The single-sided wedge ring 5b is a split ring body into which a split 5c is inserted, and an obtuse-toothed mold 6 is continuously formed over the entire outer periphery, and the cross-sectional shape thereof is obtuse-angled from one of the upper and lower sides as shown in FIG. Forming an aperture curve 5d toward the mold 6 (that is, the double-sided wedge ring 5)
a in the thickness direction). In FIG.
Reference numeral 2 denotes a joining member to be connected, that is, a steel frame member, and reference numerals 3 and 3 denote joining splicing members (splat plates), which are provided at upper and lower peripheral edges of bolt holes 4 formed in the steel frame member 2 and the joining splicing member 3, respectively. A chamfered portion 4a is formed. As shown in the figure, the gap between the non-threaded shaft portion 1a of the high-strength bolt 1 and the bolt hole 4 formed in the joining members 2, 3 is formed on the upper peripheral edge and the lower peripheral edge of the bolt hole 4. The wedge ring 5 is fitted and inserted into the chamfered portion 4a, and the nut 8 of the high-strength bolt 1 is strongly tightened. The tightening force is used to cut the wedge ring 5 into the chamfered portion 4a.
This is a joining structure using high-strength bolts that make the joining surfaces adhere to each other by a biting action accompanied by grinding. In FIG. 5,
An embodiment in which a single-sided wedge ring 5b is used for all of the wedge rings 5 will be described. Such a mode is a measure to be taken when unevenness occurs in the joint surface of the joint member, and the joint is fastened with a washer 9 interposed at the joint of the two single-sided wedge rings 5b.

The operation and effect of the present invention are as described above. The joint structure using the high-strength bolt is as described above.
The wedge ring achieves close contact of the joining surface by a biting action involving a cut in the joining member . More specifically, just friction contact
In this case, instead of the crushing action,
Utilizes the entire cutting action (cutting ability) at the edge
To provide smoothness and certainty of the entire wedge ring 5
You. And, since the friction welding at the bolted joint is performed by wedge bearing joint, ensuring the tensile and compressive strength is fully promised,
Further, the variation in the coefficient of friction as in the related art is eliminated, and more stable and reliable proof stress can be maintained. In addition, due to the obtuse angle profile formed continuously, the whole ring
Has interaction with stress and obtains relative bearing strength
And horizontal stresses on the friction surface from all directions
, A uniform proof stress can be obtained. And since it can be applied to painted surfaces and hot-dip galvanized surfaces,
The use area can be expanded. Conventional rust on the joint surface
Attaching and shot blasting processes can be omitted
At the same time, cost can be significantly reduced. It is also a great advantage that there are no environmental problems of dust and noise, environmental problems of dust and noise, hygiene, and work-related problems such as moving heavy objects.
