り、この基板1の合板5には裏面側から表面側に向けて
複数の切溝2が設けられている。この切溝2は格子状に
設けられている。切溝2は例えば幅が3mmでピッチが60m
mで切り込まれる。この切溝2は合板1の表面にまでは
至っていない。 この基板1の合板5と突板6の間には防振シート7が
介装されている。防振シート7としては、不織布とか天
然ゴム、合成ゴム、ウレタン樹脂、シリコン樹脂等の軟
質材で、通常1mm以下の厚みの軟質材である。この場
合、NRシート、SBRシートのような合成ゴムシートのゴ
ム分率を上げることにより、衝撃をさらに反発させて防
振性を向上させるようにすればよい。 この基板1の合板5の裏面には順次2〜2.5mm厚の不

入と同時にゴムシート8の上方で第2図に示す裏面にポ
リアミド系のホットメルト不織布9が貼着された不織布
クッション材3が熱風炉11内に搬入される。熱風炉11内
