付勢に抗して開作動し、巻回結束線Aを解放して原状に
復帰すると共に、モ−タ36が停止し、また、切欠き部
29に付勢バネ26を介して転動体24が押圧接触せし
められることにより回転ホルダ−27もその回転を停止
する。このさい、切欠き部29に対する転動体24の押
圧接触により、刃体22の切断孔23は揺動ア−ム21
aを介して取付け部材18の挿通孔20に連通せしめら
れ、また、一対の把持片32により囲繞形成される把持
孔35は結束線Aの巻回軌跡上に位置せしめられる。

応して巻回結束線Aを把持しつつ捩る捩り装置6が配設
され、かつ、送り込み装置4の先方には結束線Aを所定
の長さに切断せしめる切断装置7が配設されてなる鉄筋
メッシュ用結束機において、上記切断装置7は一端部に
刃体22が設けられると共に他端部に転動体24が設け
られてなる揺動ア−ム21a・21bと、該転動体24
が付勢部材26を介して接触自在とされた捩り装置用回
転ホルダ−27とよりなり、上記刃体22は結束線Aの
送り込み方向に直交すべく配設されると共に、回転ホル
ダ−27の少くとも一側にはフラット面状の切欠き部2
9が形成され、転動体24を回転ホルダ−27の切欠き
部29と被切欠き部30に接触せしめつつ揺動ア−ム2
1a・21bを介して刃体22を切断作動せしめるべく
構成されてなることを特徴とする鉄筋メッシュ用結束
機。

持片32より構成されると共に、該各把持片32を枢着
する枢軸34の両端部は回転ホルダ−27の長手方向に
沿ってその両側に形成された所要長の溝孔28に摺動自
在に嵌合され、しかも、一対の把持片32により囲繞形
成される把持孔35は巻回装置5により巻回される結束
線Aの巻回軌跡上に位置せしめられ、把持孔35内に巻
回結束線Aを把持せしめて回転ホルダ−27により把持
体31を回転せしめつつ、回転ホルダ−27にかかる負
荷の増加に伴って把持体31を漸次後退作動せしめるこ
とにより引張状態でもって捩り作動せしめるべく構成さ
れてなることを特徴とする鉄筋メッシュ用結束機。

められた転動体24とよりなり、回転ホルダ−27の切
欠き部29に転動体24を接触せしめることにより把持
片32でもって囲繞形成される把持孔35を結束線Aの
巻回軌跡上に停止せしめるべく構成されてなることを特
徴とする鉄筋メッシュ用結束機。
