Generally, a large number of contaminants are mixed in the sewage flowing through the sewer. Therefore, when the inflowing wastewater is supplied directly into the aeration tank, fibers such as cloth and paper, wood chips, etc. become entangled with the agitating aerator, the weir is closed, and furthermore, there is generation of rotted scum such as fibers. Occurs. For this reason, the sewage is subjected to aeration treatment in the next step after passing through a dust remover without removing the sewage directly into the aeration tank to remove impurities.

The sewage flowing into the receiving tank is filtered by a drum screen arranged in the tank, and drained out of the tank to the sewage level in the tank.
The filtration impurities are guided together with the sewage to the pressurized dewatering means provided with a cylindrical screen provided at the lower part of the receiving tank, whereby the sewage from which the impurities are removed is drained through the screen and captured by the cylindrical screen. The contaminated matter is dehydrated under pressure by advancing a plunger of the dehydrating means. At this time, the undissolved dung is destroyed by moving the plunger back and forth two or three times before reaching the set stroke, washed with sewage flowing out through the screen, and only uncrushed impurities are pressurized. Is pressed and transferred in a duct connected to the duct and stored in a bag arranged at the end of the duct, so that the removal of contaminants after dehydration can be simplified.

In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a water receiving tank having a required capacity. An inlet 2 is connected to an upper part of the water receiving tank 1, so that sewage is supplied into the water receiving tank 1, and a drain pipe 3 is provided at a lower part of the tank. The receiving tank 1 is rotatable and drum screen
An overflow port 11 is provided in the drum screen 10 so that the sewage filtered by the drum screen can be drained to a predetermined sewage level in the tank, and the tank water level is maintained at a set level.

Therefore, the sewage supplied into the water receiving tank 1 is filtered by the rotating drum screen 10 in the tank, and is drained from the overflow port 11 in the drum screen to the sewage level in the tank,
Impurities will remain in the tank. The concentrated impurities are discharged together with the sewage that has not overflown into the discharge pipe 3.
When only the wastewater is discharged through the screen 7, impurities in the wastewater are left in the cylindrical screen.

The contaminants captured by the cylindrical screen 7 are dehydrated under pressure by the advance of the plunger 6. Plunger 6
In addition to the cylinder (hydraulic, pneumatic, electric, etc.), as shown in the drawing, the rotational drive of the motor is changed to a reciprocating motion, and one end of the link 14 slidably attached to the main body frame is engaged. The other end of the link 14 is engaged with the plunger 6 and slides inside the cylinder 5. The stroke of the plunger 6 is determined in advance by the drive unit 13 and the link 14, and the plunger 6 Do not protrude into the discharge pipe, and when the plunger protrudes, it penetrates laterally through the discharge pipe to reach the inside of the cylindrical screen. The advance of the plunger 6 causes the cylindrical screen 7 to move.
The contaminants trapped on the inner peripheral surface of are pressurized. At this time, the plunger 6 protrudes from the cylinder 5 into the discharge pipe, and the discharge pipe is closed by the plunger 6 which protrudes forward, the outflow of sewage together with the impurities is stopped, and the impurities pushed out by the plunger are pressurized. Then, the moisture in the impurities is dehydrated and discharged out of the tank through the screen, and the impurities dehydrated under pressure are pushed out into the duct 8 connected to the screen 7. Since the back pressure device 9 is provided in the duct 8, the contaminants pushed into the duct by the plunger are further pressurized in the duct to perform dehydration.

When undissolved human feces and the like are present in the contaminants, they are crushed when the plunger is pressurized, washed naturally with the effluent flowing out, and discharged together with the sewage. By repeating this operation, the contaminants in the sewage sequentially supplied to the receiving tank are supplied to the cylindrical screen without being discharged from the overflow port by the drum screen, and the contaminants captured here are pressurized. It is dehydrated, transferred in a duct, and stored in a bag provided at the end of the duct.

When the bag is full, the bag is replaced with a new one, and the bag filled with the contaminants after dehydration can be directly discarded for incineration or landfill.

When according to the present invention, drain the sewage filtered to the sewage level in the tank with a drum screen in the receiving tank, and capture the concentrated impurities in a cylindrical screen with a plunger-type pressurized dewatering means provided at the bottom. And, since the water is transferred to the duct after dehydration under pressure in the screen, impurities in the sewage separated by the screen under the flow of the sewage are washed and dehydrated by the reciprocating operation of the plunger. Substances such as undissolved human droppings are crushed and washed out with sewage, and only contaminants are packaged and taken out. Therefore, effluent can be treated efficiently and suitable for small-scale sewage treatment. .
