【発明の詳細な説明】
(産業上の利用分野)
本発明は、空気噴射式織機における緯入れ装置の異常
を検知する装置に関するものである。
(従来の技術)
筬羽に形成した凹部を列設することにより案内溝を形
成し、この案内溝に所定の間隔で配設した補助ノズルか
ら、この案内溝に沿って緯入れ方向に圧力空気を噴射す
ることにより緯入れを行うようにした空気噴射式織機は
従来から公知公用である。
(発明が解決しようとする問題点)
しかしながら上述した従来の織機にあっては、補助ノ
ズルからの噴射空気中に、空気圧縮機等に使用されてい
る潤滑油が霧状になったミストが混入しているため、比
較的長期間の間にそのオイルが空気中に存在する塵埃と
結合し、その結合物が筬羽の下流側壁面に付着する。
第4図はその状態を示すもので、図中1は筬羽、1aは
その列設された凹部、Wはその凹部内に緯入れされた緯
糸である。そしてaは各筬羽1の下流側壁面に付着した
オイルと塵埃との結合物である。
このように結合物aが付着すると、筬羽1間の間隔が
実質的に狭くなるので、補助ノズルからの噴出空気が案
内溝の背面方向へ第4図の矢印Aのように漏れ難くなる
ので、その結果、凹部1aの解放側へ矢印Bのように流出
する流勢が強くなる。この傾向が強まると案内通路中を
飛走している緯糸Wが矢印Bのように解放側へ流出する
空気流に乗って案内通路から飛び出して緯入れミスにな
ることが多発するという問題点があった。
(問題点を解決するための手段)
上述の問題点を解決するため本発明においては、筬羽
に形成した凹部を列設することにより案内通路を形成
し、この案内通路に所定の間隔で配設した補助ノズルか
ら、この案内通路に沿って緯入れ方向に圧力空気を噴射
することにより緯入れを行うようにした空気噴射式織機
において、織機運転中において前記案内通路内の空気流
状態を検知する手段を反緯入れ側の案内通路内或いはそ
の延長上領域に設け、織機運転中において前記検知手段
からの出力が所定範囲を外れたとき異常信号を出力する
判別手段を設けて空気噴射式織機の緯入れ装置異常検知
装置を構成する。
(作用)
上述のように本発明においては、織機運転中に筬羽の
案内通路内の空気流状態、すなわち流速、空気圧、空気
流中心の位置などを検知し、その状態が所定範囲を超え
たときに判別手段から異常信号を出力して、警報を出し
たり、織機を停止させたりするようにした。
したがって筬羽間に油と塵埃との結合物が付着する
と、案内通路内の空気流の状態が変化するから、これを
検知し、この状態が緯入れミスを多発するものである場
合には警報を発するか、強制的に織機を停止して、筬羽
の清掃をうながすことができる。
したがって本発明によれば、織機運転中に空気流を検
出するので、織機運転中に筬の汚れによる保全時期が的
確に把握でき、緯入れミスの多発を防止して織機の生産
効率を向上させることができる。
(実施例)
以下、図面について本発明の一実施例を説明する。図
中1は筬羽、1aはその筬羽1の前面中央部に形成した案
内通路用の凹部、2は筬枠、3は筬枠2を保持する筬保
持体(リードホルダー)、4は筬枠2を固定するための
楔材、5はその締め付け用のボルト、6は筬保持体3の
片側に設けた緯入れノズル、7は案内通路に所定の間隔
で配設した補助ノズル、8は筬保持体3の反緯入れ側に
設けた緯糸検知器である。
本実施例においては、案内通路1a内の空気流状態を検
知する検知手段Sとして空気圧測定器9を緯糸検知器8
の外側の筬保持体3に設けると共に、その空気圧測定器
9の開口端9aを第1図および第2図に示すように、案内
通路1a内において緯入れ側に向けてセットする。
また第1図のTは検知手段Sによって検知した空気圧
の適否を判別する判別手段の一例を示すもので、10は適
当な圧力を設定して、その圧力に相当する電気信号を比
較器11に供給する定圧設定器、11はこの定圧設定器10の
出力と、検知手段Sの検知した空気圧を電気信号に変換
したものをそれぞれ入力して比較し、その結果を出力す
る比較器で、12はその増幅器であり、13は検知手段Sか
らの出力が所定範囲を外れたときに警報する警報器、14
は同じ状態で織機の運転を停止させる停止スイッチであ
る。
(発明の効果)
上述のように本発明においては、織機運転中に筬羽1
の案内通路1a内の空気流状態、すなわち流速、空気圧、
空気流中心の位置などを検知手段Sによって検知し、そ
の状態が所定範囲を超えたときに判別手段Tから異常信
号を出力して、警報器13によって警報を出したり、停止
スイッチ14によって織機を停止させたりするようにし
た。
したがって筬羽1間に油と塵埃との結合物aが付着す
ると、案内通路1a内の空気流の状態が変化するから、こ
れを検知し、この状態が緯入れミスを多発するものであ
る場合には警報を発するか、強制的に織機を停止して、
筬羽1の清掃をうながすことができる。
したがって本発明によれば、織機運転中に空気流を検
出するので、織機運転中に筬の汚れによる保全時期が的
確に把握でき、緯入れミスの多発を防止して織機の生産
