In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the technical means taken in the method is that, in the method, a discharge section connected to a viscous material supply means is integrated with a predetermined interval around the discharge port. Of a viscous material discharged from the discharge port into a diffusion-preventing body for preventing the viscous material from being diffused in all directions, and a viscous material that is integrated with the lower end opening of the radiation-prevention body and is horizontally rotated to fill the viscous material with the filling container. The gist of the present invention is that the viscous material is discharged from the discharge unit into the filling container while simultaneously performing horizontal rotation and ascent of the discharge unit. Further, in synchronization with the discharge of the viscous material from the discharge unit,
It is effective to rotate the container for filling around a point displaced in the horizontal direction with respect to the rotation center of the discharge unit. Further, in the apparatus, a vertical rotating shaft having a passage therein, lifting means for gradually raising the vertical rotating shaft in the vertical direction, and the vertical rotating shaft are connected to the passage of the vertical rotating shaft via a rotary connection portion. A viscous material supply means, and a viscous material discharge unit provided at a tip of the vertical rotation shaft, the discharge unit being provided so as to surround a discharge port at a vertical rotation shaft tip. A pressurizing body configured to press the viscous material in the bottom direction of the filling container by horizontally rotating the lower end opening of the anti-radiation body that prevents the viscous material from being diffused in all directions. The point is that Further, it is more effective to removably support the filling accommodating portion on a support base supported by means for rotating about a point horizontally displaced with respect to the rotation center of the discharge portion. The pressurizing body is laid on the lower end opening of the radiation preventing body, and the viscous material is filled on the bottom surface of one half and the other half of the half of the other half which is bounded by the rotation center of the rotating shaft when filling in the horizontal direction. For pressing in the direction of the bottom of the portion, each has a pressing inclined surface inclined in the opposite direction, and for stirring the viscous material when rotating in a horizontal direction each of the longitudinal side surfaces having the upper end of the pressing inclined surface as a lower end. It is also effective in the case of an elevation.

According to the above technical means, the following effects are obtained. (1) A viscous material discharged from a discharge port while being stopped in a predetermined space surrounded by a radiation preventing member until the filling container is filled, and the bottom of the filling container is horizontally pressed by a pressurizing member. Apply a pressing force in the direction. (Claims 2 and 4) The discharge section is positioned in a well-balanced manner over the entire filling space in the large filling accommodating section. (Claim 3) In addition to the effect of the first aspect, the discharge section is reliably raised in the vertical direction along the filling accommodating section (vertically-shaped container) without swinging in the left-right direction or the front-rear direction. (Claim 5) While stirring the discharged viscous material on the agitating upright surface of the pressurized body, the viscous material is forcibly pressed in the bottom direction by the pressing inclined surface to remove bubbles mixed therein. Fill the container for filling while foaming.

According to the present invention, as described above, the viscous material is added to the filling container while defoaming the foam mixed without performing artificial filling and defoaming operations using a tool such as a spatula. A filling device for a viscous material that can be filled is provided. Moreover, claim 2,
When the filling container is rotated around a point displaced in the horizontal direction with respect to the rotation center of the discharge unit, as in 4, even a large filling container covers the entire filling space. The viscous material can be defoamed and filled uniformly.
Further, in the device according to the third aspect, the discharge section of the viscous material surely rises in the vertical direction without causing a swing or the like, so that it is possible to prevent the collision with the filling accommodating section and a decrease in defoaming efficiency. . Furthermore, in the fifth aspect, since the viscous material is formed into a pressurized body shape which is pressed toward the bottom of the filling container while being stirred, the defoaming efficiency can be further improved.

Next, the operation of the viscous substance filling apparatus of this embodiment will be described. The first, second, and third driving motors 2c, 1b, and 15 are respectively driven in a state where the filling accommodating portion B is fitted to the support table 5 in the vacuum defoaming chamber 100. The second drive motor 1b rotates the vertical rotation shaft 1 and receives the action of the supply means 3 from the discharge unit 4 which horizontally rotates the viscous material supplied through the passage 1a in the vertical rotation shaft 1. The liquid is discharged onto the bottom b of the filling container B. The first drive motor 2c raises the lifting means 2 in the vertical direction and gradually raises the vertical rotation shaft 1 supported by the lifting means 2 without impairing its own rotation. The third drive motor 15 rotates the relatively large filling container B about a point displaced in the horizontal direction with respect to the viscous material discharging unit 4, thereby causing the discharging unit 4 to be filled. It is positioned evenly over the entire area in the plane view area of B. Accordingly, the viscous material discharged from the discharge ports 4d ″ formed of the small holes 4d ′ group is prevented from being diffused in all directions by the radiation preventing body 4c, and the stirring vertical surface 4f of the horizontally rotating pressurizing body 4f is prevented. -3, and defoamed by pressing the inclined surfaces 4f-1 and 4f-2 in the direction of the bottom b of the filling container B. At this time, the support table 5 supporting the filling container B is provided. Since the rotation center is displaced with respect to the rotation center of the discharge unit 4 and the discharge unit 4 is positioned in a balanced manner over the entire filling space in the filling container B, the filling container is The viscous material can be filled without unevenness while being defoamed over the entire area B. The agitating surface 4f-3 agitates the viscous material satisfactorily to exhibit a primary defoaming action, and to be inclined for pressing. Surfaces 4f-1 and 4f-2 fill the stirred viscous material with a spatula-like action. By forcibly pressing in the direction of the bottom b of the filling container B, the defoaming action is exerted secondarily.
