【発明の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
この発明は、脱穀機の排藁を切断する排藁カッターの
支持装置に関するものであって、コンバインなどに利用
できる。
〔従来の技術〕
従来のこの種装置は、脱穀機の後部機体に排藁カッタ
ーを吊下げ状態に支持する構成が殆どであった。
〔発明が解決しようとする課題〕
この発明は、従来型の改良に関するものであって、脱
穀機の排藁側に支持する排藁カッターを、車台上に枠組
み構成した連結枠に支持し、脱穀機の機枠など周辺の補
強を行ないながら、なおかつ排藁カッターを強固に安定
良く支持することを目的とするものである。
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
この発明は、上述の目的を達成するために、次の如き
技術的手段を構ずる。
即ち、脱穀機１の排藁側に位置する車台２に、基部を
取付けた左右の支持杆4,4′を上方へ迂回させて連結し
て連結枠５を構成し、該連結枠５を脱穀機１の後部機体
６にも連結し、前記連結枠５の一方の支持杆４を後側に
は上部に枢支部９を有する後部支持杆８を配置して、こ
の後部支持杆の下側を車台２に取り付け、脱穀機１の排
稟側には上部側の切断部13と下部側の案内通路枠14とか
らなる排稟カッター７を配置し、前記案内通路枠14を前
記支持杆4,4′及び後部支持杆８によって支持し、前記
切断部13を前記後部支持杆上部の枢支部９に枢着支持し
て切断部13を左右回動可能に構成した排藁カッターの支
持装置の構成としたものである。
〔発明の作用および効果〕
この発明において、連結枠５は、車台２の左右に取付
けた支持杆4,4′を上方へ迂回させて上方で連結して構
成し、脱穀機１の後部機体６に取付け、しかも、付けて
いるから、全体として極めて強固に枠組みできる。
したがって、排藁カッター７の上部側の切断部13を後
部支持杆８上部の枢支部９を介して左右回動可能に確実
に支持できるにとどまらず、連結枠５によって脱穀機１
の後部機体６をも補強することができる特徴を有する。
〔実施例〕
連結枠５は、脱穀機１の排藁側に位置する車台２に基
部を取付けた複数本の支持杆4,4′を上方に延長させて
連結して構成している。
そして、後部支持杆８は、支持杆４の後方に位置させ
て、基部を車台２に取付け先端部分には排藁カッター７
の枢支部９を支持し、横杆10と縦杆11とを介して連結枠
５に連結して構成している。
連結枠５は、連結杆12,12′を介して脱穀機１の後部
機体６に一体的に連結して構成している。
排藁カッター７は、切断部13と案内通路枠14とからな
り、切断部13は、２つの平行する回転軸15,16の一方15
に掻込ロータ17を配設し、他方16に円盤刃18を配設して
構成している。
そして、案内通路枠14は、周囲を案内板19で囲み、そ
の中の回転軸20に拡散羽根21を配設して切断部13の下方
に設け、切断藁を拡散する構成としている。
以上のように構成した排藁カッター７は、脱穀機１の
排藁側において、案内通路枠14を支持杆4,4′および後
部支持杆８によって支持し、切断部13をその枢支部９で
