Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
(産業上の利用分野)
本発明は、もやしや細断された各種野菜、その他細長
い品物(これらを総称して本発明ではもやし類という)
を定量づつ袋詰めする等の目的で定量に分割して供給す
る装置に関する。
(従来の技術)
所定重量を計測する計量バケツトに掻き上げコンベア
でもやし類を搬送し、計量バケツト内のもやし類が所定
重量になったときに排出するようにした装置は既にあり
(特願昭59−170930号等)、更に、この種の装置におい
て掻き上げコンベアから計量バケツト内に落下されるも
やし類をいったん受けてこれをほぐして計量バケツトへ
分散落下させるように工夫した装置も既に提案されてい
る(特願昭61−2897074号)。
これら従来の装置では、搬送される品物によっては、
ほぐし操作が十分といえない場合があった。
(本発明が解決しようとする問題点)
本発明は、互いに絡み合いが起り易く、一様な搬送が
困難な品物に対しても、より正確に、定量づつ取出しを
可能にした定量供給装置を提供するものである。
(問題点を解決するための手段)
本発明では、下方のもやし類溜から斜めに立上って配
設され多数の針状体を植設した搬送ベルトをもつ掻き上
げコンベアの上端部に対向して配設され、前記掻き上げ
コンベアと反対方向に回転される多数の針状体を植設し
たほぐし装置を採用したものである。
(作用)
上記構成によれば、掻き上げコンベアの上端排出部か
ら排出されるもやし類に塊状態のものが混じっていて
も、対向して配設された掻き上げコンベアの針状体とほ
ぐし装置の針状体との間に形成される谷間に一旦受け入
れられ、徐々にこのほぐし装置の変位する多数の針状体
によってほぐされてぱらぱらに分散された状態で量バケ
ツトへ落下される。
従って、計量バケツトへのもやし類の供給は一様でス
ムーズであり、計量が正確に行われるので精度の良い定
量づつの取出しが可能となる。
(実施例)
以下、本発明を、図示した実施例に基いて具体的に説
明する。
第1図において、1は、もやし類の溜(図示していな
い)から斜に立上って配設された掻き上げコンベアで、
その上端部に例示するように、多数の針状体2を植設し
たエンドレスの搬送ベルト3を有している。
4は、スプロケツトで、このスプロケツト4と図示し
ていない他のスプロケツトとの間に第2図と第3図々示
のように2本のエンドレスチエーン5が掛け渡され、こ
の2本のエンドレスチエーンに多数の針状体2を植設し
た多数のコンベア板6が横に架け渡して取付けられるこ
とによって前記した搬送ベルト3が構成されている。
スプロケツト4に対向してこれより若干下方に、同面
上に多数の針状体7を植設したドラム8が回転自在に配
設されている。
ドラム8は、第1図に9で示すように上下方向位置を
調節可能にする上下方向の細長いスリツトに受入れられ
て固定されている。
多数の針状体7を植設したドラム8は、本発明にいう
ほぐし装置を構成している。
ドラム8は、掻き上げコンベア1の上端のスプロケツ
ト4と反対方向の矢印方向へ回転される。掻き上げコン
ベア1の搬送ベルト3とドラム8の周速は等しいがドラ
ム8の回転駆動は搬送ベルト3の動力系からとっても、
又は別の独立した駆動装置を採用しても良いが両者の駆
動は同期される。
掻き上げコンベア1の上端排出部の下方には、エンド
レスベルト10がプーリー11,12の間に掛け渡されていて
搬送ベルト3の上端排出部と同方向の矢印方向に移動さ
れている。
13は駆動用モーターで、モーター13の回転は歯車14と
ベルト15を介してドラム8を駆動回転すると共にベルト
16,17を介してエンドレスベルト10を駆動する。
18はホツパーで、ホツパー18の下方には計量バケツト
19が配設されている。ホツパー18と計量バケツト19の間
には、両者間の落下通路を遮ぎるシヤツター20が配設さ
れている。
以上の装置において、定量供給されるべきもやし類
は、図示していない溜から掻き上げコンベア1を構成す
る搬送ベルト3の針状体2に保持されて運ばれ、その上
部排出端から落下される。このとき、掻き上げコンベア
1上にはもやし類は必ずしも均一に分散されて搬送され
ないがその排出端に針状体7を植設したドラム8があっ
て回転されているので、搬送ベルト3から排出されたも
やしは、その中に塊状態に絡み合ったものがあっても、
それは搬送ベルト3とドラム8の間の谷間に一旦受け入
れられ、ドラム8の針状体7によってほぐされると共
に、互いに反対方向に回転される両方の針状体で左右に
引き裂くようして徐々に分散させるので均一にぱらぱら
の状態にして落下させる。
なお、両方の針状体2,7は、図示されているように先
端部が若干長さ互いに入り込むように配設されているが
その量は針状体の長さ等と共に、搬送する品物に応じて
適宜の値に選定すればよい。
搬送ベルト3の上端では、搬送されて来たもやし類の
1部が針状体2に付着したまゝ搬送ベルト3の反転につ
れて第1図の左方向へ持って来られて搬送ベルト3の下
方に落下するが、それらのもやし類は下方に配設されて
いるエンドレスベルト10で元の方向へ移送される。
これらのもやし類は、ぱらぱらに分散された状態とな
ってホツパー18を経て計量バケツト19内に落下される。
もやし類を定重量づつ、迅速に計り出して取り出す為
に、掻き上げコンベア1は最初高速で移送されもやし類
を最初は大量移送する。
そして計量すべき所定量より少い予じめ定められた重
量を計量バケツト19が計測すると掻き上げコンベア1は
低速にされ、少量づつもやし類を搬送し、計量バケツト
19へ少量づつもやし類を落下させる。
そして計量すべき所定量が計量バケツト19で計量され
るとシヤツター20が作動されてホツパー18とバケツト19
の間の落下通路を遮ぎ余分なもやし類が計量バケツト19
内へ入らないようにすると共に掻き上げコンベア1の駆
動を停止させる。
こうして計量バケツト19内に受入れられた所定重量の
品物が排出され次の計量動作を繰り返えす。
なお、前述したように、ほぐし装置を構成するドラム
8とエンドレスベルト10の駆動は、速度、発停動作とも
に搬送ベルト3のそれに同期して共通の駆動源又は別個
の駆動源で駆動される。
なお、以上説明した実施例では、ほぐし装置として針
状体7を周上に植設したドラム8を示したが、第4図に
示すように2つのローラ21,22の間に針状体23つきのエ
ンドレスベルト24を掛け渡したものにするなどを採用し
てもよい。
また、前記した実施例では、計量に当って掻き上げコ
ンベアを高速から低速に、そして所定重量に達すると停
止するようにしたものを説明したが、掻き上げコンベア
は常に定速で駆動のものとしてもよいし、また、計量毎
に停止させる必要はなく定量供給装置の設計に当り適宜
変更してよい。
(効果)
本発明では、掻き上げコンベアの上端排出部に対向し
て配設されて変位される多数の針状体を植設したほぐし
装置を有するものであるから、掻き上げコンベアから排
出されたもやし類の塊は、このほぐし装置の針状体によ
って一旦受け止められ、徐々にほぐされると共に針状体
に1部付着して少し移送されて落下することによって分
散されたぱらぱらの分散状態で計量バケツトへと入れら
れる。
従って、塊状になって落下することが確実に防がれる
ので定量点を正確に検知して精度よく定量取り出しが可
