の上端部もしくは側部に押釦を設けると共に、この押釦
と上記支承具の間に上記スプリングを介在させ、上記連
結杆を上記スプリングの弾性力に抗して押圧することに
より上記支承杆を押下げ自在としてなり、 上記支承杆に軸支した上記係止片にバネ体により一方向
の回転付勢力を与えるようにし、この係止片を上記ガイ
ド管に開設した開口部から突出させ、該開口部縁に当接
させて上記支承杆に対し直交状となるようにし、かつ、 上記支承杆を上記連結杆を介して上記ガイド管に対し押
下げることにより、上記係止片を上記開口部を介し上記
バネ体の回転付勢力に抗して回動させて上記支承杆に対
