【発明の属する分野】この発明は、収穫機の走行連動装
置に関する。

【従来技術】収穫機の流体変速装置を使用している走行
連動装置においては、通常機体の左右に隣接して配置さ
れた刈取装置と操縦装置との隣接空間部に流体変速装置
と走行装置への連動機構を内装した連動ケ−スとを各々
独立的に配設し両装置を伝動する構成である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかし、伝動構成が複
雑となり、強度的にも剛性が不足するといった問題があ
った。そこで、流体変速装置と連動ケ−スとの構成上の
問題点等を解決しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】そこで、この発明は、次
のような技術的手段を講じた。すなわち、機体の前進方
向の左側部に刈取部9を設けると共に右側部に操縦装置
10を設け、該操縦装置10の下側部に原動機12を設
け、機体8の正面視で横方向において、原動機12と刈
取部9の刈取フレ−ム23との間の空間部に刈取フレ−
ム側の左右幅イを狭くし上方に突出させた突出ケ−ス2
を有する連動ケ−ス3を設け、該連動ケ−ス3の上部に
前記突出ケ−ス2の左右幅イよりも幅広くした左右幅ロ
をもつ段部5を設け、該段部5に流体変速装置6を配置
して刈取フレ−ム23とは反対側の突出ケ−ス2の突出
段部5aに取付け、該流体変速装置6の原動機側に原動
機12からの動力を入力する入力側プ−リ20を設け、
前記突出ケ−ス内には流体変速装置6の出力軸7と入力
軸4とを歯車を介して伝動可能に設け、該入力軸4と歯
車を介して伝動可能に設けた軸15を連動ケ−ス3の横
方向の広幅部に回転可能に設けると共に連動ケ−ス3か
ら刈取フレ−ム側に突出した軸15に刈取プ−リ25に
動力を出力する刈取駆動プ−リ22を取り付け、連動ケ
−ス内の伝動機構を介して走行装置1を駆動可能な連動
機構を設けてなる収穫機の走行連動装置とした。

【作用】原動機12を起動して機体8の回転各部(走行
装置1、刈取部9、脱穀装置11等)を駆動し、操縦装
置10を操作して機体8を前進し作業を開始すると、圃
場の穀稈を刈取ながら脱穀処理を行う。このとき、原動
機12の動力は、流体変速装置6の入力側プ−リ20、
出力軸7、入力軸4、連動ケース3内の伝動機構を介し
て走行装置1を駆動する。また、流体変速装置6の入力
側プ−リ20、出力軸7、入力軸4、連動ケ−ス3内の
伝動機構、刈取駆動プ−リ22、刈取プ−リ25を介し
て刈取部9を駆動する。

【発明の効果】連動ケ−ス3の上部の刈取フレ−ム側に
おける突出段部5aの上下方向の壁面は連動ケ−ス3の
一部として箱状に形成されているため、突出段部5aに
取付けられた該流変速装置6が入力側部の伝動張力によ
って捩られてもそれに耐えられるだけの充分な強度を有
している。しかも、流体変速装置6は伝動ケ−ス3に設
けた段部5に取付けていることにより、連動ケ−ス3が
占める空間部よりも大きく張出すようなことはないので
走行装置1の徹間幅も極力狭くすることができる。
【0007】また、流体変速装置6と連動ケ−ス3は連
結されているため構成がて簡素化できると共に、伝動ケ
−ス3を原動機12と刈取部9の刈取フレ−ム23との
間の空間部に設け、連動ケ−ス3から刈取部9への動力
伝動機構を連動ケ−ス3と刈取フレ−ム23の空間部に
設けているので、原動機12と刈取フレ−ム23間の幅
をコンパクトにできコンバインを小型化できる。さら
に、入力軸4と歯車を介して伝動可能に設けた軸15を
連動ケ−ス3の横方向の広幅部に回転可能に設けている
ので、連動ケ−ス3は刈取駆動プ−リ22の駆動負荷に
対する強度を有する。

【実施例】コンバインの機体8の平面視において、前進
方向の左側部に刈取部9を、右側部に隣接して操縦装置
10を設け、該操縦装置10の下側部にコンバインの各
部装置に動力を伝達する原動機12を設ける。該機体8
の下側部には走行装置1の脱穀装置1の履帯13を配設
し、該刈取装置と該操縦装置10との隣接空間部14に
上下方向に亘って連動ケ−ス3を設け、該連動ケ−ス3
は上部一側における入力軸4部分を狭くして上方に大き
く突出させた突出ケ−ス2を設けると共に、該連動ケ−
ス3の上部他側には前記入力軸部の左右幅イよりも幅広
くした左右幅ロをもつ段部5を設け、この段部5に流体
変速装置6の大半を位置させると共に、突出段部5aに
はこの流体変速装置6の出力軸部をはめ込むように取付
け、この出力軸7と該連動ケ−ス3の入力軸4とを各々
歯車にて噛み合わせて位置させる。
【0009】また、次段にこの入力軸4の歯車と噛み合
う変速歯車とその軸15とを設け、更に次段にこの変速
歯車と噛み合うカウンタ歯車とその軸16とを設け、更
に次段にこのカウンタ歯車と噛み合うサイドクラッチと
その軸17とを設け、最終段にはこのサイドクラッチと
噛み合う履帯用スプロケット18駆動する終段歯車とそ
の軸19とを設ける。
【0010】該流体変速装置6の入力側プ−リ20と該
原動機12のプ−リ21との間にVベルトを張設し、該
連動ケ−ス3の外壁部から突出させた該変速歯車軸15
の一端部に設けた刈取駆動プ−リ22と刈取装置9の刈
取フレ−ム23の上下回動支点部に設けた刈取伝動ケ−
ス24から突出させた軸端部に設けた刈取プ−リ25と
の間にVベルトを張設する。
【0011】原動機12の起動によって流体変速装置
6、連動ケ−ス3、走行装置1へと順次動力が伝達され
て機体は前進し、同時に刈取装置9、脱穀装置11へも
各々動力が伝達され、穀稈を刈取ながら脱穀処理を行う
が、この場合、機体を前進させる走行連動装置は流体変
速装置6と連動ケ−ス3と走行装置1とが一連の歯車に
よって連動連結されているためにその構成が極めて簡潔
化できるものである。また、流体変速装置6の入力側プ
−リ20と原動機12のプ−リ21との間に張設したV
ベルトの張力によって連動ケ−ス3の突出段部5aが捩
じり作用を受けるが、この突出段部5aは箱状に形成さ
れているためこの捩じり作用に充分耐えることができ
る。
【0012】また、流体変速装置6は連動ケ−ス3の一
側部に方寄せて取り付けられているため、この連動ケ−
ス3が占める空間部よりも大きく張り出すようなことは
ないので、走行装置1の履帯13の徹間幅を極力狭くす
ることができるので、特に刈取幅の狭い小型コンバイン
等においてもこの履帯13による未刈取穀稈を余り踏み
