2. Description of the Related Art As a conventional delustering method for aluminum alloy foil, two aluminum alloy foils are stacked and rolled. As another method, the surface of the aluminum alloy foil is made uneven by using a roll having an uneven surface, or a delusterant is applied to the surface of the aluminum alloy foil (Jitsuko Sho 62-37).

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In this conventional matting method, two aluminum alloy foils are stacked and rolled, and the surface of the two aluminum alloy foils in contact with the rolling roll becomes a glossy surface. Since the surface of the aluminum alloy foil that is mated is a matte surface, there is a drawback in that only an aluminum alloy foil having a glossy surface (non-matte surface) on one side and a matte surface on the other side can be produced.

When the above-mentioned one-sided matte aluminum alloy foil is used as a package containing this tablet, characters and designs are printed on the aluminum alloy foil in advance, and after packaging, the characters, patterns and packaging of the packaged product can be judged by the operator's eyes. During the inspection, the diffuse reflection of light on the glossy surface that is not matted on one side is too strong, and it is difficult for the operator to see the package, and the operator's eyes are easily tired, which may cause eye damage. Further, there is a drawback that an inspection error may occur because it is difficult to see.

And among the conventional matting methods, the method of making unevenness on the surface of the aluminum alloy foil has a drawback that the matte aluminum alloy foil with unevenness produced cannot smoothly print characters, patterns, trademarks, etc. on its uneven surface. It was Further, among the above-mentioned conventional matting methods, the method of applying a matting agent to the glossy surface of an aluminum alloy foil requires a matting agent and requires a matting agent coating step, which is costly and troublesome. There was a drawback.

Means for Solving the Problems The present invention is provided between two outer foils made of aluminum alloy foil (including aluminum foil) having a hardness of about 65 HV to about 75 HV and a hardness of about 10 HV to about 10 HV than the outer foil. This is a method of producing a double-sided matte aluminum alloy foil by rolling with an intermediate foil of 20 HV small aluminum alloy foil (including aluminum foil) interposed.

Measurement equipment Shimadzu ultra-micro hardness meter DUH-50 type Attachment 2 for thin material Recorder XTY-P type (UA-6212) Measuring conditions TEST MODE 2 CAL MODE 1 (115 ° triangular indenter) AUTO & MANUAL AUTO FS DEPTH 5 μm MAX LOAD 20gf LOADING SPEED 2 (approx. 0.65gf / sec) TOUCH SPEED 200 (approx. 0.9μm / sec) AFTER TIME 5sec PRE TIME 5sec LOT 5 From the results of various tests, if the outer foil is smaller than 65HV, it may be twisted or misaligned. It is not preferable because scratches are likely to occur on the intermediate foil, and when it is higher than 75 HV, the ductility of the outer foil is poor and the foil during rolling is easily broken, which is not preferable. Furthermore, if the intermediate foil is less than 10HV in hardness than the outer foil, the outer foil cannot protect the inner foil, and a double-sided matte aluminum foil with an irregular roughness and stable appearance can be produced. Because it is not possible,
On the other hand, if it is more than 20 HV, the difference in deformation between the inner and outer aluminum alloy foils during rolling is too large, which causes distortion or wrinkles, which is not preferable. Therefore, it is necessary to use the aluminum alloy having the above hardness as the outer foil and the inner foil.

Function The aluminum foil of the intermediate foil produced by the method for producing a double-sided matte aluminum alloy foil of the present invention has both matte sides and both sides are flat, so that printing can be normally performed on both sides. Furthermore, since both surfaces of the intermediate foil are matted at the same time when rolling is performed, both surfaces can be matted easily and at low cost.

The foils rolled in three layers are separated from each other by a separator and wound up, whereby the intermediate foil becomes a double-sided matte aluminum alloy foil. The outer foil is an aluminum alloy foil, one side of which is matte and the other side of which is glossy like the conventional product.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION In the method for producing a double-sided matte aluminum alloy foil of the present invention, a soft intermediate foil having a hardness smaller than that of the outer foil and having a predetermined hardness is interposed between two outer foils having a predetermined hardness. Since the soft intermediate foil is rolled while being protected by the harder outer foil, the intermediate foil can be matt on both sides while rolling, and it is flat with no pinholes or scratches. In addition, it is possible to produce a foil such as a double-sided matte aluminum alloy which is good in printing, relatively inexpensive, and good.
