2. Description of the Related Art Generally, as a sewing means for hanging decorative stitches for women's and men's clothing, shirts, etc. at regular intervals, hand sewing was used in the past. Naturally, it is not efficient and troublesome, and is not suitable for industrial sewing. Therefore, in recent years, mechanical sewing has been gradually developed using a sewing machine. For example,
A pinpoint sewing machine (see JP-A-55-120891) that uses a single thread chain stitching method, or a sewing machine equipped with a stitch mechanism that can use ordinary threads by using a needle with a hook (JP-B-58-357). Etc.) are known.

However, in the mechanical stitch sewing using the sewing machine, for example, the former pinpoint sewing machine adopts a single-thread chain stitching method by a special two-needle method. , Once the sewn ends are loosened, all the threads may come off and is not optimal. Also,
In the latter sewing machine equipped with a special stitch mechanism, this device uses ordinary ordinary yarn, but this yarn is of an arbitrary length (for example, a maximum of 1 m is limited by the thread cutting device equipped on the winder winding machine). There is an automatic cut to use. That is, in this type, since the length of the sewing thread is limited, continuous sewing cannot be performed and there is a defect that it is not suitable for stitching in a mass production system. Also,
In the conventional sewing machine, the work of stopping the thread at the sewing end was troublesome.

Since the conventional sewing machine has a main purpose of sewing clothes, it is not suitable for sewing a kimono (Japanese clothes) that is often re-sewn (returned), and a sewing machine suitable for re-sewing is provided. It did not appear. That is, in the case of a kimono, it is often necessary to re-sew, but in the case of sewing with a sewing machine, it takes a lot of time to untie the seams. Also, it is difficult to remove the back thread (bottom thread) by sewing with a sewing machine, and this is not suitable for sewing a kimono. However, if the chain stitching method is adopted if only the removal of the back thread is considered, it is not suitable for chain stitching because if the thread end is cut during wearing, the entire sewing thread will fly.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, in a lower thread balance for arranging an upper thread and a lower thread below a bed and a lockstitch sewing machine mechanism that is fed from a bobbin in a predetermined semi-rotating type hook, an upper shaft is interlocked. When the needle with a hook attached to the needle bar that moves up and down moves through the sewing material and returns, the hook side is separately closed and the hook with a guide that follows the fixed length follows for a certain length to close the hook opening once While hooking the upper thread guided from the lower thread balance by the hook of the advanced needle, the looper tip that rotates by deviating from the needle drop position by the horizontal 8-shaped movement of the looper part facing the lower part of the needle plate through which the upper thread is inserted is rotated. The needle thread that does not get entangled with the bobbin thread without being dunked is pulled up through the sewing material by hooking the needle thread without the entanglement of the bobbin thread. , Which is arranged on the side of the needle Hook it with the loop hooking claw of the lifting mechanism of the balancer unit to raise it further to enlarge the upper thread loop part, then lower the needle again, pass through the sewing material and return slightly to return the needle thread slack loop part even under the bed. While forming, swing the loop hook claws sideways and remove the upper thread from the needle hook,
At this time, the looper section also moves to the needle drop position, and then the sword tip hooks the upper thread slack loop section below the bed, and this slack loop section rotates around the knuckle to make the lower thread thread state, The model balance is moved to the lowest position, the upper thread is stretched, and the cloth is fed to the end of sewing, and the intermittent stitch stitching is performed in which the upper thread is displayed on the sewing fabric at every other stitch, and another invention directly implements the intermittent stitch sewing method. It is about sewing machines. That is, in the lockstitch sewing machine mechanism, the interlocking rod having two different longitudinal movements interlocking with the drive shaft of the transmission from the upper shaft is provided at the lower part of the bed of the sewing machine main body with the thread hole through which the upper thread facing the lower surface of the needle plate is passed. The lower thread entanglement control looper oscillating device section which is connected to the looper section and a support plate for receiving the looper section and which causes the thread hole to move in a horizontal 8-shaped locus with respect to the needle drop position, and is directly interlocked with the upper shaft. With a semi-rotating type sickle,
A balance device unit that slides a lower balance arranged below the hammer that interlocks with the drive shaft is arranged, and a needle bar equipped with a hooked needle that interlocks with the upper shaft and ascends and descends on one side of the bed. In addition to arranging a needle with a guide that can be moved up and down, which partly interlocks with the needle bar and closes the hook opening of the needle when piercing the cloth,
An elevating mechanism with a loop hooking claw arranged at the lower end provided on the auxiliary balance sliding plate that is moved by a vertical cam that is transmitted from the upper shaft outside the guide needle, and a horizontal cam that is separately transmitted from the upper shaft. Equipped with an upper thread loop forming and loop removing auxiliary balance device unit incorporated in a lateral swinging mechanism that swings back and forth, and a presser foot and cloth feed that alternately interlocks and unwinds the upper shaft from the upper shaft. The body is arranged, and the entanglement of the upper thread with respect to the lower thread of the hook position where it is hooked by the needle that pierces the cloth is released once at half the position of the figure 8 of the looper section, and the sewing interval is one pitch. Is.

In this way, the looper portion for inserting the upper thread of the looper swinging device portion facing the lower surface of the needle plate which is the lower portion of the bed is
The needle drop position and the standby position that avoids the needle drop position are set with the movement of the character locus, and the upper thread guided from the balance, which is the lower model balance device section arranged below the hammer, is inserted into the looper section, In addition, the bobbin thread derived from the half-rotation type hammer side is guided to the needle plate side. A needle with a hook is attached to the needle bar at the top of the bed, and a guide needle that closes when the needle's hook opening is pierced through the sewing material and when the needle pulls out from below is provided on this one side, and at the outer position of the needle bar. Since the auxiliary thread balance device part that incorporates the loop hooking claw of the upper thread and forms and removes the loop is provided, when the needle of the needle bar that moves up and down in conjunction with the upper shaft pierces the fabric, the needle is interlocked with the needle for a certain width. Close the hook mouth with the needle that guides up and down, and pull it out smoothly so that the hook edge does not get caught on the edge of the material, and hook the needle thread on the back of the material with the needle thread to form the loop part.

In this case, the movement of the figure 8 locus of the looper portion through which the needle thread is inserted is such that two operating rods having different forward and backward movements are independently connected to the looper portion and a supporting plate for receiving the same, and both movements are performed. Synergistically creates an 8-shaped locus, and the movement position of this half locus is made to escape from the needle drop position. Under this condition, the upper thread is not entangled with the sword tip, and the upper thread is entangled with the lower thread. Rise once without inviting. When the upper thread is raised, the guide needle that has been waiting in the middle of the material again closes the hook opening, so that the material is not caught in the hook opening and the thread is smoothly pulled out. After this, if the needle is slightly lowered from the uppermost position, a loop part is formed in the upper thread, and at this time, in the auxiliary balance device part at the outer position of the needle, it is connected to the tip of the sliding plate that is slid by the vertical movement cam transmitted from the upper shaft. The elevating mechanism is raised, and the loop hooking claw at the lower end hooks the loop portion to further raise it slightly. When the loop hooking claw reaches the uppermost position, the needle lowers, so that the loop portion of the needle thread on the needle plate becomes loose. At this time,
The balance at the bottom of the bed faces the top. Further, while the upper thread is pulled upward and idle, the cloth feeding body moves and the cloth is fed by one pitch.

Here, when the lifting mechanism is lowered a little and the loop portion is loosened, the lateral swing mechanism of the auxiliary balance device unit swings laterally (rotates the lower end portion backward) due to a separate lateral movement cam transmitted from the upper shaft. The loop portion of the upper thread is swung rearward by the loop hooking claw at the lower end to be disengaged from the needle hook, and then the loop hooking claw is also separated from the return loop portion.

Next, when the needle descends and returns to the lower part of the plate and returns slightly, a slack loop portion is formed in the upper thread, and the looper portion through which the upper thread passes rotates with a predetermined locus to reach the needle drop position. It comes to face, and the loose loop part of the upper thread is hooked with a sword tip to turn around (surround) the sickle, and the upper thread becomes entangled with the lower thread. After that, the balance is pulled down, and the cloth is fed at this time, and the seam is formed for the first time here. That is, every other seam is skipped. Hereafter, continuous stitching is performed by continuing the same sewing process.

Next, the operation will be described. First, referring to FIG.
This will be described based on the operational explanatory diagrams of the positional relationship between the needle, the hook and the looper portion shown in FIGS. 18 (A) and 18 (B) to FIGS. 18 (A) and 18 (B).
That is, as shown in the side view of FIG. 13A, a predetermined sewing material (cloth) A is inserted and set between the needle plate 44 and the presser foot 43. In this case, the position of the needle 27 faces the uppermost position, and the thread passing hole 24a through which the upper thread a of the lower model balance 24 pivotally attached to the side portion of the sill frame portion 2a at the lower portion of the bed is located at the lowest position. The thread tension 4 is provided below the upper thread a passing through the thread hole 24a.
It is guided to a bobbin (not shown) separately installed below the sewing machine main body 1 via 8. On the other hand, the upper part of the upper thread a is a yarn delivery which reaches the fabric A through the thread hole 7 of the looper portion 8 which faces the lower surface of the needle plate 44, and the lower thread b is guided from a bobbin (not shown) housed in the bobbin case 18. It directly leads to the fabric A side through the needle plate 44. At this time, the cloth feed body 45 is at the deepest (retracted) position, and the presser foot 43 is located slightly above. Although not shown, a hook 28 with a hook-shaped guide faces one side of the needle 27.

Here, as shown in FIG.
When the needle 27 of the needle bar 25 which can be raised and lowered is pierced through the material A by a predetermined movement of sewing with the sewing machine and descends, the raising and lowering rod 29 is made to follow the needle bar 25 by a certain length, Insert the guide-attaching needle 28 at the lower end into the vertical groove portion 2 of the needle 27 at the end of the needle bar 25.
7a so that it faces the hook 26. That is, when the needle bar 25 is lowered by the needle bar movement, the integrated interlocking collar 25a is also lowered, and the operating collar 29a of the juxtaposed lifting rod 29 which is controlled by the lower surface of the interlocking collar 25a to be lowered is the spring 30 at the lower part of the shaft. Follows and descends with the bullet. Therefore, the needle 27 at the end of the needle bar 25
The guide needle 28 moves downward along the vertical groove portion 27a of the hook so as to close the hook opening 26a of the hook 26, so that the upper edge of the hook opening 26a does not catch on the edge of the cloth when the cloth A is pierced through the needle smoothly. (See B of FIG. 10). However, the descending amount of the elevating rod 29 is the width until the operating collar 29a comes into contact with the supporting step portion 31 on the main body side. The stop of the guide needle 28 stops at the middle portion of the fabric thickness, and only the needle 27 further descends to the front part of the hammer 16 from this point (downward), but the guide needle 28 waits at the cloth position. , Needle 27
When it comes back, the hooks 26a are closed again and the cloth A is easily pulled out. Also, presser foot 43
Also, take down the fabric A.

After this, the needle thread a, which is vertically guided from the balance 24 side with respect to the needle 27 which passes through the material A and goes downward (needle drop position c) through the needle plate 44, faces the lower surface of the needle plate 44. The thread hole 7 of No. 8 moves in a horizontal 8-shaped locus d. At this time, the position of the thread hole 7 shifts to the trailing portion d'of the locus, and the needle drop position c is detoured so that the needle is not caught. (See the arrow from B in FIG. 13 to B in FIG. 14), the tip 1 of the blade 1 will rotate even if the hook 16 rotates under this condition.
The upper thread a is not caught by 6a, the upper thread a does not go around the cutter, and at this stage, the upper thread a does not get entangled with the lower thread b, which is a single play.

Here, when the lowered needle 27 shifts to a predetermined return motion and rises, the upper thread a is hooked by the hook 26 and passed through the cloth A and pulled upward (see A in FIG. 15). When leaving the material A, the guide needle 28 waiting in the middle of the material thickness closes the hook opening 26a along with the needle 27, so that the lower edge of the hook opening 26a does not catch on the material A and smoothly exits. At this time, the lower model balance 24 also moves upward by the amount by which the upper thread a is pulled up. Further, when the needle 27 that has come out on the cloth A reaches the uppermost position, a loop a'is formed in the pulled-up needle thread a. At this time, presser foot 4
3 is raised and the cloth is fed by the cloth feeder 45.

Next, when the uppermost needle 27 that pulls the upper thread a onto the fabric A is slightly lowered (for example, at a position lowered by about 2 mm), the loop a'of the upper thread a is loosened. At this time, the elevating mechanism 32a of the auxiliary balance device section 32 arranged on the side of the needle 27 operates, and the loop hooking claw 42 at the lower end thereof enters and hooks and lifts upward (A in FIG. 15).
reference). That is, in the elevating mechanism 32a, the vertical movement cam 33 that is interlocked with the upper shaft 3 rotates to come into contact with the support pin 34c of the sliding plate 34, and in accordance with this cam displacement, the sliding plate 34 rotates at the base end pivot point 3.
4b is used as a fulcrum to rotate upward, so that the receiving piece 34 at the tip is rotated.
A connecting ball 39, which is fitted as a ball joint in the arc groove 35 of a, rises, and an elevating rod 38 integral with the connecting ball 39 vertically slides in the vertical support 37 to raise the loop hooking claw 42 (Fig. 8B), the lifting rod 38 itself is also the vertical support 3
7 is an upper receiving piece 40 and a lateral movement cam 41 at the end of the transmission shaft portion 3b.
Contact each other and are swung rearward about the fulcrum pivot 37a of the arm-side support piece 36 when receiving this cam displacement (A in FIG. 8).
(See), the loop hooking claw 42 is slightly inclined. Therefore, the loop hook claw 42 at the lower end of the lifting rod 38
The loop a'of the upper thread a is hooked and raised (for example, about 20 mm) to form an enlarged loop. Thus, when the lifting rod 38 of the auxiliary balance device unit 32 comes to the uppermost position, the presser foot 4
3 descends and presses down on the cloth. In this state, the needle 27 pierces the cloth A again, reaches the lowest position, and returns a little
A slack loop a'is formed in the upper thread a at the lower part of 4 (see A in FIG. 17).

When the hammer 16 is rotated as shown in FIG. 17A (the sword tip 16a is rotated rightward in FIG. 17), the sword tip 16a is a needle thread formed under the needle plate 44. At the same time as the slack loop a'of a is hooked, the loop a'engaged with the loop hooking claw 42 at the upper part of the needle plate 44 is moved backward while the elevator rod 38 of the elevator mechanism 32a is slightly lowered. The side swing mechanism 32b, which has been slightly shaken, returns to rotate and is disengaged. That is, the slack loop a'under the needle plate of the upper thread a is hooked by the sword tip 16a of the hammer 16, and at the same time, the auxiliary balance device unit 32 above the needle plate descends to release the loop a '. At this time, the presser foot 43 ascends and the cloth feed body 45 also retracts to feed a predetermined amount of cloth. Also,
The balance 24 is at the top. Moreover, the thread hole 7 of the looper portion 8 at this time shifts to the first half position d ″ (entangled position) of the 8-shaped trajectory d.

Therefore, in this state, when the hook 16 is rotated in sequence as shown in FIG. 18A, the slack loop a'rotates around the upper thread a around the upper thread a, and the upper thread a and the inside of the hook 16 are rotated. It becomes entangled with the bobbin thread b from the bobbin case 18 of
Here, the balance 24 is pulled down and the thread is stretched and the cloth is fed. When the balance 24 is completely lowered, the cloth feed is stopped and the stitches are formed and the sewing ends.

Further, as the thread fixing work of the sewing end (end) under the formation of the seam, as shown in FIGS. 20A and 20B, the upper thread a which is simply located on the lower surface of the material A which is the sewing end. Is pulled downward, the entangled portion submerged in the cloth A immediately before the upper thread a is once pulled up onto the cloth A, and the lower thread b entangled in the entangled portion also comes out onto the cloth A together. When the upper thread a is further pulled downward, the entangled portion comes out of the fabric A downward, and the entangled portion b ″ of the lower thread b entangled with the upper thread a comes into the seam and stops.
(See the enlarged portion of B). At this time, the outermost thread (stitch) is composed of the bobbin thread b, and the bobbin thread b is in a kind of a sewing-back state, which is a reliable thread stop.

As for the relationship between the upper thread a and the lower thread b of this intermittent stitch sewing, the stitch appearing on the upper surface side of the material A is composed of the upper thread a as shown in FIGS. The lower thread b, a part of the upper thread a, and the entangled portion a ″ partially face on the lower surface side. That is, the lower thread b is stretched on the lower surface of the cloth A, and thus is sewn once. When unwinding the stitch, the lower thread b of the lower surface of the fabric A can be easily pulled out by pulling several places, and the entangled portion a ″ of the upper thread a entwined with the lower thread b can be easily removed. This means that, for example, when a kimono such as a yukata is sewn with a sewing machine, the thread can be easily unwound when re-sewing is desired. Therefore, by using this device, it is possible to perform sewing with a kimono such as a yukata.

As described above, according to the intermittent stitch sewing method and sewing machine of the present invention, the looper portion for passing the upper thread facing the lower surface of the needle is provided at the lower part of the bed at the needle drop position with two different forward and backward movements. On the other hand, a looper oscillating device section for controlling the lower thread entanglement that draws a figure-shaped locus of the thread hole is arranged, and a semi-rotating type sill and a balance apparatus section for oscillating the lower stencil are arranged below the sill. ,
A needle bar with a hooked needle attached to the upper part of the bed, a needle with a guide on one side to close the hook opening of the needle when the material is stabbed, and a loop hook for pulling the temporary upper thread upward. Equipped with an auxiliary balance device that forms a loop and removes the loop, the upper thread and bobbin thread are entwined each time. Instead of sewing, the bobbin thread is released every other time to the needle drop position by the bobbin thread entanglement control of the looper section. In this way, it is possible to easily perform intermittent stitch sewing for a predetermined period. Moreover, the advantage of the present invention is that since the lower thread is led from the bobbin that is housed in the hook like a conventional sewing machine, unlike the conventional sewing machine, it is possible to hang a sewing machine on a long path, which is optimal as an industrial sewing machine. is there.

In addition, a mechanism for drawing an 8-shaped locus of the looper part is provided with two interlocking rods, that is, an interlocking rod having a rotation of 1/2 from the upper shaft and an interlocking rod having the same rotation as the looper part and the looper part. Since it is performed by a synergistic cam motion of two-point connection to the support plate to be received, a cam motion without malfunction is exhibited, and reliable intermittent stitching can be performed in combination with the pulling of the lower balance and the auxiliary balance on the upper part of the bed. Further, although the needle is provided with a hook, the splicing needle is put along the hook at the time of piercing the fabric and pulling out the cloth, so that sewing without catching can be performed. Further, in this intermittent stitch sewing, the entanglement of the upper thread with the lower thread is a partial entanglement on the lower surface of the cloth at regular intervals, so that the thread can be unwound easily. This means
By using the sewing machine of the present invention, it is possible to sew a kimono. Further, the thread stopping work also has an effect that the lower thread is pulled out just before by simply pulling the upper thread end on the lower surface of the cloth and a kind of sewing back state is achieved, and the thread is easily stopped.

1. A lower thread balance for arranging an upper thread and a lower thread below a bed and a lock stitch sewing machine mechanism which is fed from a bobbin in a predetermined half-rotation type hook attached to a needle bar which moves up and down in conjunction with an upper shaft. When the needle with a hook pierces the sewing material and returns, the hook with a guide that contacts a separate interlocking needle side and follows a certain length is used to temporarily close the hook mouth, and the lower hook balance is moved with the hook of the needle that has advanced to the bottom of the bed. While hooking the upper thread guided from the upper side, the looper part that faces the lower part of the needle plate through which the upper thread is inserted detours from the needle drop position by the horizontal 8-shaped motion, and the sword tip of the rotating hook is not hidden and entangled with the lower thread. The upper thread loop, which is formed when the needle is slightly lower than the uppermost position, is placed on the side of the needle. Loop hook of the lifting mechanism of the balance device Hook it with the hook and raise it further to enlarge the upper thread loop part, then drop the needle again and pass through the sewing material and return a little to form the upper thread slack loop part even under the bed, and at the same time, the loop hook claw To remove the needle thread from the needle hook, and at this time, the looper section moves to the needle drop position, and then the hook loop point on the needle thread slack loop section below the bed hooks the slack loop section around the hook. The lower thread balance is moved to the lowest position, the upper thread is stretched, the cloth is fed and the sewing is finished, and the upper thread is shown every other stitch on the sewing material. Stitch sewing method.

2. In the lockstitch sewing machine mechanism, two interlocking rods having different forward and backward movements interlocking with a drive shaft for transmission from the upper shaft are threaded on the lower part of the bed of the sewing machine main body to pass the upper thread facing the lower surface of the needle plate. A looper oscillating device portion for controlling the lower thread entanglement, which is connected to a looper portion with a thread hole and a support plate for receiving the looper portion, and which causes the thread hole to move in a horizontal 8-shaped locus with respect to the needle drop position. A semi-rotating type hook directly interlocking with the shaft and a balance device unit that slides a lower balance placed below the hook interlocking with the drive shaft are arranged, and a hook that moves up and down in conjunction with the upper shaft is provided above the bed. A needle bar equipped with a needle and a needle with a guide that can be moved up and down, which is partially interlocked with the needle bar and closes the hook opening of the needle when the fabric is stabbed, are located on one side of the needle bar. In addition, it is installed on a slide plate for auxiliary balance that can be moved by a vertical cam that is transmitted from the upper shaft. Equipped with a lifting mechanism that arranges loop hooking claws at the lower end of the bar, and an auxiliary balance device unit that forms a loop for upper thread and removes the loop by incorporating it into a swinging mechanism that swings back and forth with a horizontal cam that is separately transmitted from the upper shaft. Further, a presser foot and a cloth feed body for alternately interlocking the presser foot and the feeding from the upper shaft are arranged on the upper part of the needle plate, and the entanglement of the upper thread with respect to the lower thread of the hook position hooked by the needle that pierces the cloth, A sewing machine for intermittent stitching, which is characterized by allowing one stitch to escape at a half position of the figure-eight locus of the looper portion and skipping one stitching interval.
