By the way, many of the facilities in these buildings are constructed by advanced technology, and when a failure occurs in them, it is impossible for an inexperienced person to deal with this. There is no choice but to take the means to seek out a specialized engineer and ask for repair. For this reason, it takes time to deal with the failure, which causes great inconvenience to the residents of the building and the people who go in and out of the building, and sometimes becomes a dangerous state.

To cope with such a situation, a remote monitoring system has been adopted in recent years. This remote monitoring system is composed of an abnormality reporting device that monitors various facilities of one or a plurality of buildings and a monitoring center that manages a large number of the abnormality reporting devices, and an abnormality occurs in the facility in a building. Then, the abnormality notification device of the building detects this and reports the abnormality to the monitoring center via the telephone line. The monitoring center that receives the notification reports the abnormality to the sales office managing the building. It is becoming like this. If a specialized engineer is stationed at the sales office or a building to be managed is patrolled, an abnormality can be dealt with quickly and a major accident can be prevented.

In the above remote monitoring system, the abnormality reporting device will report this abnormality to the monitoring center when an abnormality occurs in the equipment monitored by itself.
(1) Automatic dialing to the monitoring center, (2) Transmission of identification data such as a code attached to the abnormality notification device after the line is connected, and (3) Response data for reporting the reception of identification data from the monitoring center. The steps of sending, (4) receiving this response data, (5) sending an abnormal signal, and (6) opening the telephone line after the sending is completed are executed.

By the way, the abnormality of the equipment may occur continuously, and particularly when there are the equipments which are related to each other, a plurality of abnormality tends to occur continuously. However,
In the notification processing of the conventional system, since the processing is performed for each one of the abnormalities by the procedure of (1) to (6) above, when the abnormalities occur continuously, the automatic execution is performed for each abnormality notification. Since it takes a considerable amount of time to dial, and the line may not be connected (busy) even if it is automatically dialed, it takes time to notify the abnormality that occurred after the second time, and quick processing cannot be performed. There was a problem. In addition, on the side of the monitoring center, a notification is input intermittently for each abnormality, which causes a problem of complicated processing.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is an abnormality determination processing unit that determines when there is an abnormality in various equipment in a building and creates an abnormality signal according to the abnormality, and this abnormality determination processing unit. An abnormality notification device comprising: a storage unit that stores the created abnormality signal; and an abnormality notification processing unit that notifies the monitoring center of the abnormality signal via a telephone line when the storage unit stores the abnormality signal. A judging means for judging whether or not there is another abnormal signal in the storage section after the abnormal signal is sent and before the telephone line used for the abnormal signal is sent to the abnormal notification processing section; When it is judged that there is an abnormal signal, a continuous sending means for sending the other abnormal signal in succession is provided.

When an abnormality occurs continuously in the equipment being monitored, the abnormality notification device extracts the first occurrence of the abnormality from the storage unit and reports this to the monitoring center, and after this notification ends, the telephone line is disconnected. While keeping the connected state, the abnormal data is again seen in the storage unit, the second occurring abnormality is taken out, and this is notified to the monitoring center via the telephone line in the connected state. Such processing is sequentially repeated, and the telephone line connection is released only after the notification of all abnormalities is completed.

Next, the operation of the abnormality notifying apparatus of this embodiment will be described with reference to the flow chart shown in FIG. The abnormality determination processing unit 22 determines the presence / absence of abnormality in each of the commands from the MPU 20 based on the signal from each detector. When an abnormality occurs, a signal (abnormality signal) corresponding to the abnormality is created for each abnormality and stored in the storage unit 23. On the other hand, the abnormality notification processing unit 24 checks whether or not an abnormality signal is stored in the storage unit 23 at each command of the MPU 20 (procedure shown in FIG. 2).

If an abnormal signal is stored in the storage unit 23 by this check, the abnormality notification processing unit 24 outputs a command to the communication processing unit 25 and connects the line with the monitoring center by automatic dialing (step S 2 ). While the line is connected, the abnormality notification processing unit 24 sends the predetermined identification data, including a code of its own abnormality notification device is predetermined (Step S 3),
Waits for a response from the monitoring center (Step S 4). Monitoring center 3
Receives the identification data from the abnormality notification device 2 and transmits response data confirming the reception to the abnormality notification device 2. As a result, the abnormality notification processing unit 24 confirms that there is response data in the process of step S 4 , extracts the abnormality signal from the storage unit 23, and sends this to the monitoring center 3 via the connected telephone line ( Step S 5).

When the sending of the abnormal signal is completed, the abnormal notification processing unit 24 checks the storage unit 23 again to determine whether or not an abnormal signal other than the abnormal signal for which the sending is completed is stored (procedure).
S 6), if no other abnormal signal is stored, outputs a command to open the circuit to the communication processing unit 25 (Step S 7),

In the processing steps S 6, when another abnormality signal is determined to be stored immediately taken out of the abnormality signal, and sends this to the monitoring center 3 via the line connecting (Step S 5 ). That is, when abnormalities occur continuously, the abnormal signals of these abnormalities are continuously sent to the monitoring center 3. When all abnormal signals are sent, the procedure
It is determined that no other abnormal signal S 6, wherein the first telephone line is opened (Step S 7).

In this way, in this embodiment, when a plurality of abnormalities occur within a certain period, the abnormal signals of all the abnormalities are sent out by one line connection, so compared with the conventional means, It is possible to omit the procedure of line connection and identification data transmission in the abnormal signal transmission of the second and subsequent abnormalities, and it is possible to greatly reduce the transmission time of the abnormality notification of all abnormalities. In addition, even at the monitoring center, all abnormal signals are sent together in one call, which saves the complexity compared to the case where the signals are received at intervals, and not only facilitates the processing but also continuously. Since the abnormalities that have occurred can be grasped at the same time, the abnormality can be analyzed and dealt with swiftly and accurately. Further, the communication line usage fee can be reduced.

As described above, according to the present invention, after one abnormal signal is transmitted, the presence or absence of another abnormal signal is judged without opening the line, and if there is another abnormal signal, the other abnormal signal is continuously detected. Since it is sent out, it is possible to shorten the time for reporting abnormalities when abnormalities occur continuously, prevent the monitoring center side from being complicated, and analyze and respond to abnormalities on the monitoring center side. It can be quick and accurate.
