入先で監視機器を取付けようとしても,通常標準品には
取付座が不付となっているため取付けは不可能であっ
た。又、工場内に於いて監視機器付の場合、注文対応と
して穴孔を既作カバーに明け直し取付座を溶接する製法
としていたため、カバーの標準化及び製品の短納期化を
図る上で取付座の溶接は問題となっていた。

る。現在、油入変圧器に於いてタンク15内に封入されて
いる絶縁油16の油面及び油温管理を行う場合、第10図に
示す様にカバー14上面にあけた穴孔から監視機器(監視
装置8、ダイヤル温度計9)の計測部を入れ固定し直接
測定する構造となっている。そこで、第1図に示す様に
工場出荷時に監視機器付、不付に係ずあらかじめカバー
14の一部に穴孔6を有する圧出し座5を設け、更に圧出
し座5の外周に沿ってスタッド1を溶接しておく。通常
標準品には監視機器は不付のため、この場合第2、5図
に示すように、第1図の圧出し座5の上面にガスケット
11を敷きこの上に溶接したスタッド1の本数及び取付ピ
ッチに合致した穴孔を有する塞板7をかぶせ、スタッド
1に平座金4、バネ座金3、ナット2を挿入し塞板7を
締付け気密を保持する。次に、注文品対応で工場出荷時
及び製品納入後に監視装置8を取付ける場合、第3、6
図に示すように第1図の圧出し座5の上面にガスケット
11を敷き、この上に監視装置8を載せ更にガスケット11
で挟み込み取付金具10を用いて上記と同様に鋲螺で締付
け気密を保持する。又、ダイヤル温度計9を取付ける場
合、第4、7図に示すように第1図の圧出し座5の上面
にガスケット11を敷き、この上に塞板7に穴孔をあけダ
イヤル温度計取付座13を溶接した取付金具10を載せ、上
記と同様に鋲螺で締付けた後、ダイヤル温度計9を取付
け気密を保持する。
