2. Description of the Related Art Clothing such as innerwear, outerwear, and swimwear has a ridge (convex) on a hip or bust or a waste cloth.
For example, a flat knitting machine having a pair of front and rear needle beds is used to form a rib knit with the knitting needles of the front and rear needle beds to form a rib knit in order to fit the human body with a lot of undulations such as constrictions (recesses) . The knitted fabric is made to follow the contours of the human body by utilizing the elasticity peculiar to the ground, and the knitted fabric is a flat knitted fabric with little elasticity, and the knitting of the part that forms the undulations when forming this flat knitted fabric. There is one in which the course is increased or decreased and undulations are formed by flechage knitting.

However, when innerwear, outerwear, swimwear and the like are formed by rib knitting, the ribs work to press down the protruding parts such as the bust, and vice versa. In addition, the "constricted" part of the waist, etc., did not follow the constricted part and was raised, which was not only comfortable to wear, but also had a problem that a beautiful silhouette did not appear.

Further, although it is stretchable, there is a problem that the fabric is not stiff, which reduces the commercial value.
Further, the flat knitted undulation has a problem that it is difficult to fit on the body and is uncomfortable to wear due to lack of elasticity. In addition, since the flat knitted fabric has a small thickness, the innerwear, outerwear, swimwear and the like produced by the flat knitted fabric have a small amount of weight, and there is a problem that the commercial value cannot be increased.

Therefore, in order to increase the thickness of the flat knitted fabric, a flat knitting machine having a pair of front and rear needle beds is used, and the front knitting needle and the back knitting needle each have a flat knitted structure. While knitting, it is also conceivable that both flat knitting structures are knitted with knitting yarns that knit each flat knitting structure,
In such a case, there is a problem that the knitted fabric further loses elasticity and becomes a stiff product, which is unsuitable for the body and cannot be a product at all.

[Function] In the knitted fabric portion having undulations, knitting knitting of convex and concave portions
The number of knitting courses is larger than the number of knitted fabric parts other than the other parts.
Addition and reduction of the flat knitting of the front and back knits
Since the tuck knitting of the elastic yarn is performed by the flechage knitting, the knitted fabric portions of the front and back having relatively little elasticity reinforce each other, and the strain generated between the knitted fabrics of the front and back is absorbed by the elastic yarn portion,
The knitted fabric can be thick and solid.

That is, in FIG. 1, the back knitted fabric 1 is knitted by the flat knitting by the knitting needles of the rear needle bed, and then the front knitted fabric 2 is knitted by the flat knitting by the knitting needles of the front needle bed in FIG. Elastic yarn 3 such as spantex is supplied to the knitting needles of both needle beds and tacked. By repeating each course of FIGS. 1 to 3, the front knitted fabric 2 and the back knitted fabric 1 are elastic. The knitted fabric in the state of being connected by the yarn 3 is formed.

In such a knitted fabric, the front knitted fabric 2 and the back knitted fabric 1 can be knitted with different knitting yarns, so that the reversible knitted fabric can be knitted by changing the color of the knitting yarn, for example. Moreover, if the knitting yarn of the back knitted fabric 1 is soft and gentle to the skin, a knitted fabric suitable for innerwear such as underwear can be formed. Front knitted fabric 2 and back knitted fabric 1
Next, a case where a swimsuit is knitted on a knitted fabric in which and are connected by the elastic yarn 3 will be described.

As the front knitted fabric 2 and the back knitted fabric 1 and the connecting yarn according to the locus
Knitting with the elastic thread 3 is performed. In FIG. 4, after the knitting 6 having a predetermined width is performed, the reciprocating drive width for knitting of the carriage gradually expands from the narrow width knitted fabric 7 in the crotch portion to form the knitted fabric 8 of the buttocks. When the buttock knitted fabric 8 is formed, the stitches on both ends are gradually reduced, and the waist knitted fabric 9 is formed.

After that, after the flechage knitting 32 is performed to the right, the diamond-shaped knitted fabric portion 33 in a two-stage continuous state is knitted here, and further, the flechage knitting 34 is made to the left and one layer is made to the left. After the diamond-shaped knitted fabric for 35 minutes is formed, the knitted fabric is knitted on the upper peripheral portion thereof to form the knitted fabric 4 which is the predecessor of the swimsuit. The knitted fabric 4 which is the predecessor of the swimsuit knitted in this way seems to have a plurality of spaces scattered in the figure, but this space is shown for the sake of clarity, and is not shown in the actual knitted fabric. This space is knitted continuously in the vertical direction.

Next, the flechage knitting 39 is performed from the apex thereof to form a substantially triangular knitted fabric 40 portion on the right side, and then the flechage knitting 41 is performed in the central portion to form the left and right portions from here. A knitted fabric 42 having a gradually widened knitting width is knitted along the hypotenuse of the formed triangle. Then, on the right side of both ends of the knitted fabric 42, the knitting width is gradually narrowed and knitted along the hypotenuse of the triangle, and the flechage knitting 43 is performed from the upper end to the left side, and the same as the right side. The waist knitted fabric 44 is knitted straight in several stages, and the back knitted fabric 45 is formed by knitting two or three knitted fabrics at the left and right ends in order to match the depressions of the spine. When the knitted fabric is knitted over the entire width of the ground by gradually widening the place, the knitted fabric 5 of the back body is knitted. After that,
A swimsuit is formed when the predetermined side edges and the lower end of the crotch portion of the front knitted fabric 4 and the back knitted fabric 5 are sewn.

In the above embodiment, since the flat knitting machine having a pair of front and rear needle beds is used, the front and back knitted fabrics are independent knitted fabrics. When using a so-called "four-bed" flat knitting machine in which the needle beds provided on the upper and lower sides are used, each of the front and back knitted fabrics is simultaneously formed, but the side edges and the crotch lower end It is possible to knit a tubular knitted fabric in which parts are connected, and a swimsuit can be knitted in a substantially completed state.

As described above, according to the present invention, the flat knitting fabrics formed on the knitting needles of the front needle bed and the knitting needles of the rear needle bed by the flat knitting machine are joined by the elastic yarn. In a place where a three-dimensional silhouette is formed while making it possible, the flat knitting of the front knitting fabric and the back knitting fabric and the tuck of the elastic yarn are performed.
Since the flechage knitting by knitting are the undulating portion formed so by increasing or decreasing the number of knitting courses, relatively stretchable less front and back knitted fabric part mutually reinforcing each other, distortion caused between the front and back of the fabric Since it is absorbed by the elastic yarn portion, there is an advantage that the knitted knitted fabric can be made to have a certain thickness and firmness, and a knitted fabric having a high commercial value.

When such knitted fabric innerwear, outerwear, swimwear and the like are formed, the protruding portion such as the bust is not pressed down, so that the wearing comfort is not impaired. In addition, there is an advantage that the "constricted" part such as the waist can be made into a beautiful line while correcting the constriction of the body to the ideal silhouette with the thickness of the knitted fabric and the appropriate waist strength.
