(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 作物供給用搬送装置(2)からの作物を
その長手方向が搬送方向に対して横向きになる姿勢に整
えて一個づつ順に送り出す作物整列用搬送装置(3)、
及び、前記作物整列用搬送装置(3)から一個づつ供給
される作物を重量ランク別に各別の回収部(4)に送る
計量選別装置(5)を設け、前記作物整列用搬送装置
(3)を形成するに、搬送方向側程低くて搬送方向に対
して横向きに長い作物載置面(9a),(10a)を有
する多数の搬送体(9),(10)を、隣合うものの高
さが交互に逆転する状態に駆動昇降自在に設け、前記搬
送体(9),(10)のうち搬送終端側の最終整列用の
もの(10)以外において、前記作物載置面(9a)を
搬送始端側ほど長く形成するとともに、前記作物載置面
(9a)の第1端部(9b)をほぼ搬送方向に並設し、
かつ、前記作物載置面(9a)上の作物を搬送に伴って
前記第1端部(9b)側に寄せる幅寄せ用ベルト(1
1)に沿って前記作物載置面(9a)の第2端部(9
c)を配置し、前記作物載置面(9a),(10a)の
端部から落下する作物を回収する回収手段(6)を設け
た作物選別装置であって、前記搬送体(9),(10)
のうち最終整列用のもの(10)の少なくとも一部にお
いて前記作物載置面(10a)を形成する部材(10
