き基材にワニスを含浸させているが、基材中に内蔵する
空気を包含したままの含浸になっている。この対策とし
て含浸槽全体を減圧室内に設置することが試みられた
が、大規模装置を必要とし、且つワニス溶剤が飛散する
という問題があった。

問題点に鑑みてなされたもので、その目的とするところ
は、大規模装置を必要とせずにワニス溶剤の飛散なく気
泡のない樹脂含浸基材を得ることのできる基材へのワニ
ス含浸方法を提供することにある。

経由した後、再度、被覆槽及び含浸槽のワニスに浸漬さ
せた後、槽外に移行させることを特徴とする基材へのワ
ニス含浸方法のため、被覆槽内側上部の空間が減圧状態
となり含浸性を著るしく向上させるもので、且つワニス
溶剤の飛散を極度に減少させることができたもので、以
下本発明を詳細に説明する。

リアミド、ポリビニルアルコール、アクリル等の有機合
成繊維や木綿等の天然繊維からなる織布、不織布又は
紙、マット等の基材で、ワニスが蓄えられた含浸槽とこ
のワニスにその筒状の下端が漬かるように配設された筒
状の被覆槽からなり、この筒状の被覆槽のワニス液面が
含浸槽のワニス液面より高く、筒状の被覆槽の頂部内側
に減圧空間を有するものである含浸装置を用い、基材を
含浸槽及び被覆槽のワニスに浸漬した後、一旦被覆槽内
の減圧空間を経由した後、再度、被覆槽及び含浸槽のワ
ニスに浸漬させた後、槽外に移行させることにより基材
芯部迄、樹脂の含浸した樹脂含浸基材を得ることができ
るものである。
