ンプリング時間毎に継続する時限を計測し、同計測デー
タを、電流範囲をそのレベルに応じてデータ分析上必要
とされる大きさの数に区分した複数電流区分の時限加算
テーブル5に入れ、ここでは同一電流区分に属するデー
タはサンプリング毎に加算されるようになっている。そ
して一定時間間隔毎に同データが出力され漏洩電流の最
大値及び同発生時刻と最大値電流の属する時限加算テー
ブルよりの継続時間が表示部7及び記録部8にて表示及
