(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】二分割された左右のリアドア3a、3bと、こ
れらのリアドアの内壁面が荷台1の両側壁7、8の外壁
面に対向するまで各々水平回転するように、一端部が荷
台1の床下面後端部に一方他端部がリアドアの内側端部
の下面にそれぞれ枢支された左右一対の従動リンク11
と、一端部寄りの部位が荷台1の床下面の後端部寄りの
部位に一方他端部がリアドアの外側端部の下面にそれぞ
れ枢支された左右一対の駆動リンク14と、前記荷台に回
動自在に横架された横軸18に固定的に設けられ、かつ、
荷台が水平状態の時に台車21側の固定棒22と当接する弧
状のスライド部20dを有するスライド回動片20とを備
え、荷台が水平状態の前記リアドア3a、3b閉鎖時に於い
て、前記駆動リンク14は、該駆動リンク14に他端部が取
付けられた第1のバネ部材17で前記リアドアが常時開放
する方向に引っ張られている反面、前記横軸18と駆動リ
ンク14に介在する連結棒28によりロックされ、また固定
棒22と荷台1との間で回転が阻止された前記スライド回
動片20は、他端部が荷台1に取付けられた第2のバネ部
材24で前記第1のバネ部材の引っ張り方向と同様にリア
ドアを開放する方向に引っ張られており、また前記左右
のリアドア3a、3bの上側外端部は、係合ピン6を有する
係合手段で両側壁7、8に係合していることを特徴とす
るダンプカーのリアドア開閉装置。
