DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to an adhesive composition. [Prior Art] Conventionally, a release sheet has been attached to an article coated with an adhesive in order to prevent unnecessary adhesion before use. However, in such an article, in addition to applying the pressure-sensitive adhesive, the release agent must be applied to form the release sheet. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In the present invention, a problem to be solved is that conventionally, in addition to the pressure-sensitive adhesive, a release agent must also be applied. [Means for Solving Problems] The present inventor solves the conventional drawbacks by granulating the pressure-sensitive adhesive and disposing a release agent having a particle diameter smaller than that of the pressure-sensitive adhesive particles around the pressure-sensitive adhesive particles. Made possible The present invention is characterized by including at least: adhesive particles, release agent particles having a particle size smaller than that of the adhesive particles, and carboxymethylcellulose being particles larger than the adhesive particles. A pressure-sensitive adhesive composition. ]. [Function] A pressure-sensitive adhesive of the present invention containing at least pressure-sensitive adhesive particles, release agent particles having a particle size smaller than that of the pressure-sensitive adhesive particles, and carboxymethylcellulose larger than the pressure-sensitive adhesive particles is applied. Then, the following actions occur. First, since the periphery of the pressure-sensitive adhesive particles is surrounded by the release agent, the release agent first adheres to the object to be coated and spreads on the surface of the object to form a film of the release agent. Therefore, it is not necessary to previously provide a release agent on the surface of the object to be coated. Second, since it contains carboxymethylcellulose, which is a particle larger than the pressure-sensitive adhesive particles, in addition to such components, the pressure-sensitive adhesive particles surround the large particles (carboxymethylcellulose), and the pressure-sensitive adhesive particles are coated. Since it prevents direct contact with the body, simple contact does not produce sufficient adhesive force, but pressing and applying pressure causes the large particles to collapse, increasing the adhesive force. [Example] Pressure sensitive adhesive particles, a pressure-sensitive adhesive mainly composed of release agent particles having a particle size smaller than that of the pressure-sensitive adhesive particles, because it lacks carboxymethylcellulose which is a larger particle than the pressure-sensitive adhesive particles. Such adhesives include, for example, acrylic acid ester, ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymer, chloroprene rubber, SRB latex, or S
It is made by mixing an emulsion of an adhesive such as BS rubber with an emulsion of a release agent such as wax such as stearate, silicone, or polyethylene wax or a plastic emulsion. The dispersion medium for these emulsions is water. The ratio of the particle diameter Ra of the adhesive particles and the particle diameter Rr of the release agent particles in the emulsion of the release agent and the emulsion of the release agent of Ra / Rr = 1/10 to 1/10000, The particle size of the agent particles is 1 to 100 μm, and the particle size of the release agent particles is 0.01 to 5 μm. And the weight part of the adhesive particles Wa and the weight part of the release agent particles
The ratio of Wr is Wa / Wr = 100/1 to 100/50. The pressure-sensitive adhesive according to the present invention is mainly composed of the above-mentioned pressure-sensitive adhesive particles, and release agent particles having a particle size smaller than the particle size of the pressure-sensitive adhesive particles, and in addition to this, larger than the pressure-sensitive adhesive particles. The particles are added. Particles larger than the pressure-sensitive adhesive particles are, for example, sodium salt of carboxymethyl cellulose, which can swell with water, and can be made into an aqueous solution as described later in Example 1. Note that it does not dissolve as ions in the solution. Further, in addition to this, as particles larger than the pressure-sensitive adhesive particles, although it is out of the scope of the present invention, microcapsules of gelatin foreskin, microcapsules of cyclodextrin foreskin and the like can also serve as particles larger than the pressure-sensitive adhesive particles. Yes, it does not dissolve in water. The ratio of the particle size Rc of the particles having a larger particle size than the pressure-sensitive adhesive to the particle size Ra of the pressure-sensitive adhesive particles is Rc / Ra = 10 to 10,000. When the particles larger than the pressure-sensitive adhesive are used, the pressure-sensitive adhesive surrounds the large particles, and thus the large particles surrounded by the pressure-sensitive adhesive act in the same manner as the pressure-sensitive adhesive having a large particle size. Therefore, when using a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition containing particles larger than the pressure-sensitive adhesive, the particle shape of the pressure-sensitive adhesive itself is larger than the particle size of the release agent, even if it is not significantly increased, in an extreme case, The effect is obtained even when the particle size of the pressure-sensitive adhesive and the particle size of the release agent are the same or reversed. And the weight part of the particle whose particle size is larger than this adhesive
The ratio of Wc to the weight part Wa of the adhesive particles is Wc / Wa = 0.05 to 3
It is. [More Specific Examples] In order to show more specific examples below, as an adhesive according to the present invention, together with the experimental results of an adhesive (Example 1) having a composition to which carboxymethyl cellulose as a constituent element is added At the same time, the experimental results of an adhesive (comparative example) having a composition in which carboxymethyl cellulose is not added are also described. Comparative Example Adhesive [I] Acrylic emulsion adhesive: 90 parts by weight (Nippon Synthetic Rubber Co., Ltd., SX215, solid content: about 40%, core particle size is 3 to 5 μm) Silicone emulsion: 10 parts by weight Part (manufactured by Nippon Yunika Co., Ltd., LE46, solid content: about 20%, central particle size is 0.1 to 1 μm) The pressure-sensitive adhesive [I] having the above composition is the main component of the pressure-sensitive adhesive according to the present invention. Carboxymethyl cellulose which is a particle having a certain pressure-sensitive adhesive particle and a release agent particle having a particle size smaller than that of the pressure-sensitive adhesive particle, but being larger than the pressure-sensitive adhesive particle which is another component. Is not added. The adhesive [I] was prepared and applied to the left half of the coated paper at a rate of 2 g / m 2 , and 0.1 seconds later (at this point, the wet state of the applied surface is maintained). The right half of the paper was overlaid, pressed and attached. When it was peeled off after sticking, it was confirmed that the adhesive adhered to the right half of the paper and the surface of the release agent was formed on the left half. At this time, a sheet having perforations of a predetermined shape in the right half of the sheet could be used as a label. However, when the above-mentioned [I] adhesive is applied to woodfree paper, [I] is peeled after pasting,
Some paper waste has occurred. Example 1 Adhesive [II] Acrylic emulsion adhesive: 50 parts by weight (Nippon Synthetic Rubber Co., Ltd., SX215, above) Silicone emulsion: 40 parts by weight (Nippon Unica Corporation, LE46, above) Carboxy 2.5% aqueous solution of methylcellulose (manufactured by Junsei Chemical Co., Ltd., particle size: about 50 μm) ... 10 parts by weight The pressure sensitive adhesive [II] having the above composition, the pressure sensitive adhesive particles as the main component of the pressure sensitive adhesive according to the present invention, and The release agent particles having a particle size smaller than that of the pressure-sensitive adhesive particles are further added with carboxymethyl cellulose which is larger than the pressure-sensitive adhesive particles. After adjusting such an adhesive, apply it to the left half of the coated paper at a rate of 2 g / m 2 , and after 0.1 seconds (at this point, the wet state of the application surface is maintained). The halves were overlapped and pressed to stick. When it was peeled off after sticking, it was confirmed that the adhesive adhered to the right half of the paper and the surface of the release agent was formed on the left half. At this time, a sheet having perforations of a predetermined shape in the right half of the sheet could be used as a label. Here, when the pressure-sensitive adhesive of the above [II] is applied to the high-quality paper, as described above, regarding the [I], when peeled off after sticking, some paper waste occurs,
With respect to [II], no paper scraping occurred. When the adhesives [I] and [II] were applied, dried sufficiently, and then applied, and then peeled off, the left half of the paper was slightly broken. [Effect] Adhesive of the present invention As described above, the following effects are exhibited. First, since the particles of the release agent are surrounded by the particles of the pressure-sensitive adhesive, the release agent can be provided on the surface of the object to be coated only by applying the pressure-sensitive adhesive, so that a release layer is provided No process required. Secondly, since the adhesive particles surround the large particles, simple contact does not produce sufficient adhesive force, but pressing and applying pressure causes the large particles to collapse and The pressure-sensitive adhesive property of increasing can be surely imparted.
