That is, in FIG. 11, a plurality of washing water injection ports are provided in the longitudinal direction on the lower surface side of the dish storage basket 2 provided in the washing tank 1 so that the dishes 3 can be evenly washed.
A cylindrical cleaning nozzle 5 having 8a, 8b, 8c ... 8f is rotatably provided by a rotating arm 6. The cleaning nozzle 5 sprays a part of the cleaning water pumped by the cleaning pump 4 from the propulsion spraying port 7 provided on the rotary arm 6 to rotate the cylinder about the axis of the cylinder, and the plurality of spraying ports 8a. .. From 8f, the washing water is sprayed simultaneously over the entire circumference of the rotation trajectory to wash the dishes 3 and 15.
In the figure, reference numeral 14 denotes an arm nozzle provided to face the tableware storage basket 16, which sprays and cleans the tableware 15 from below.

In addition, the structure is such that the cleaning water is constantly sprayed from a plurality of spraying ports at the same time, and a large amount of cleaning water is sprayed at the same time, so a cleaning pump with an excessive capacity is required to maintain the required spray cleaning discharge pressure. . Furthermore, a large amount of cleaning water is sprayed and a large capacity pump is used to generate a high level of cleaning noise.

At an arbitrary point of time of this rotation, the injection port of the rotary cleaning nozzle corresponding to any one of the plurality of guide holes of the guide nozzle overlaps the guide hole on its rotation locus, and the cleaning water is sprayed through the guide hole. It is sprayed from the mouth toward the tableware storage basket. At this time, the other injection ports are respectively positioned toward the space where the tableware storage basket does not exist, and the relative positions on the rotation loci of the respective injection ports and the other corresponding guide holes are appropriately deviated. Therefore, the injection of the cleaning water from the other injection port via the guide hole is suppressed, and the cleaning water only leaks out from the fitting gap between the two nozzles. Further, in accordance with the rotation of the cleaning nozzle, the same operation as described above is sequentially performed in the other injection ports and the guide holes. That is, the cleaning water pumped by the cleaning pump and supplied to the guide nozzles is sprayed in the upward and downward two directions sequentially from the respective injection ports through the guide holes provided on the upper and lower side surfaces of the guide nozzle as the cleaning nozzle rotates. The dishes stored in the tableware storage baskets provided in the table are uniformly cleaned, and the invalid cleaning water spray to the space without the tableware storage basket is suppressed, and highly efficient spray cleaning is performed. .

ことができる。In the above configuration, the cleaning water 11 pumped by the cleaning pump 4 first sprays the cleaning water upward from the arm nozzle 14 through the flow path 13 to clean the dishes 15 stored in the dish storage basket 16. At the same time, the cleaning water 11 is supplied to the guide nozzle 5 via the flow path 12 and rotates the rotary cleaning nozzle 6 by being jetted from the propulsion jet port 10 provided in the rotary arm 9 communicating with the guide nozzle 5. At any point of this rotation, the arbitrary spray port 8a of the cleaning nozzle 6 overlaps the upper guide hole 7a of the guide nozzle 5, and at the same time the spray port 8d overlaps the lower guide hole 17d, so that the cleaning inside the guide nozzle 5 is completed. Water is sprayed from the spray ports 8a and 8d toward the upper and lower dish storage baskets 2 and 16, respectively, to wash the dishes 3 and 15. At this time,
The other injection ports 8b, 8c, 8e, 8f are located toward the space where the tableware storage baskets 2 and 16 do not exist, and other guide holes 7b, 7c, 7e corresponding to the respective injection ports,
7f and 17b, 17c, 17e, since the relative position on the rotational trajectory with 17f is appropriately deviated, respectively, the injection from the other injection port of the cleaning water via the other guide hole is suppressed, Only a small amount of cleaning water leaks from the fitting gap between the guide and cleaning nozzles. Further, as the cleaning nozzle 6 rotates, the spray port 8b overlaps the guide hole 7b and the spray port 8e overlaps the guide hole 17e, and the cleansing water is sprayed from the spray ports 8b and 8e toward the dish storage baskets 2 and 16, respectively. . Thereafter, as the cleaning nozzle 6 rotates, the same operation as described above is sequentially performed on the other injection ports, and one cycle is completed by one rotation. This operation is repeated and the upper and lower tableware storage baskets 2
All dishes 3 and 15 stored in and 16 are thoroughly cleaned. That is, the amount of cleaning water that is constantly sprayed at any point during the rotation of the cleaning nozzle 6 is suppressed to the amount that is sprayed from two of the spray ports plus some leakage from the other spray ports. , And a tableware storage basket 2
Since the ineffective injection of cleaning water into the space where and 16 do not exist is suppressed, the required cleaning water power is suppressed to the necessary minimum and highly efficient injection cleaning is performed. It should be noted that the tableware 15 stored on the lower side is simultaneously spray-washed by the washing nozzle 6 from above and jet-washed by the arm nozzle 14 from below, and an extremely high washing effect can be obtained.

できる。EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION As described above, according to the present invention, only for a limited space range in both upper and lower directions in which tableware stored in a plurality of tableware storage baskets provided in two upper and lower stages in the washing tank exists. By injecting the wash water and simultaneously washing the tableware stored in the space in the two opposite vertical directions, it is possible to eliminate the waste of ineffective wash water power to the area where the tableware does not exist.

Therefore, the dirt stuck to the tableware can be easily washed. In addition, since it is possible to uniformly wash dishes without simultaneous injection from multiple injection ports, the required washing water power of the washing pump is suppressed and a washing pump with a relatively small capacity is used. Since the necessary jet cleaning discharge pressure can be obtained, it is possible to contribute to downsizing of the cleaning pump and suppression of cleaning noise. That is, the present invention provides a cleaning mechanism with extremely high cleaning energy efficiency, realizes low cleaning noise, and also provides an unprecedented dishwasher excellent in space saving structure and cost due to downsizing of the cleaning pump. To do.
