DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Object of the Invention] (Field of Industrial Application) The present invention relates to a human body local area cleaning apparatus, and more particularly to a nozzle constituting means thereof. (Prior Art) Conventionally, the technology described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 62-13450 is known as this type. Hereinafter, description will be made with reference to detailed drawings of the technology. That is, FIG. 7 shows the electric (motor) drive nozzle. In the figure, reference numeral 31 is a nozzle support body housed in a toilet seat box body 32 and attached above and behind the toilet bowl 33. 34 is a washing nozzle, and the nozzle 34 is provided in the support 31 so as to extend forward and backward toward the center of the toilet bowl and extend and retract in the front-back direction.
Guided within 35. The cleaning nozzle 34 has a flow passage 36 inside, and has an inflow port 37 on the rear end side and an ejection port 38 above the front end. The nozzle support 31 has an annular recess 40 which is watertightly defined by an O-ring 39 in the support hole 35, and a course 41 to which a hydraulic water supply source (not shown) is connected is connected to the annular recess 40. Thus, a bendable drive unit 44 having one end fixed to a rotating wheel 43 fixed to a motor shaft 42 of an electric drive motor (not shown) and the other end connected to the rear end of the cleaning nozzle 34. Is guided by the guide groove 45 in the nozzle support 31 and moves the cleaning nozzle 34 into the nozzle support hole in accordance with the rotation of the rotating wheel 43 by the motor.
Make the required expansion and contraction in the longitudinal direction within 35. When the jet 38 reaches the cleaning position, the inlet 37
Communicates with the recess 40 so that the cleaning water can flow, and the cleaning is performed. Thus, the two-dot chain line in the figure column shows B, the contour line when the human body is sitting, C shows the anus, and D shows the washing position of the female bidet. (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) By the way, as can be seen from FIG. 6, since the flushing device 50 has the water supply tank 51 for flushing the toilet behind the flushing device 50, its width in the front-rear direction (see FIG. 7). E) cannot be taken sufficiently. In this case, the extension stroke of the nozzle 34 cannot be sufficiently obtained. On the other hand, from the viewpoint of cleaning effect, the fountain attack angle θ of the cleaning fountain is 70 ° with respect to the part to be cleaned of the human body,
Under this condition, anal irrigation can be achieved by the conventional electric method, but it is also possible to perform female bidet irrigation at a position 30 to 35 mm forward of the anal irrigation position at an elevation angle of 70 ° as described above. , It is difficult because the stroke cannot be taken sufficiently. Further, in the above conventional method, the supply of washing water is limited to the annular recess 40.
Since it is possible only by matching the position with the inflow port 37 of the cleaning nozzle 34, it is more difficult to achieve the above demand in terms of configuration. In the present invention, the cleaning water is ejected in a swinging manner in a range of 10 to 30 mm further forward than the bidet cleaning position to make the cleaning effective and solve the problems of the conventional method. [Structure of the Invention] (Means for Solving the Problems) In the present invention, in order to achieve the above object, the cleaning nozzle is driven by the motor driving means and the water pressure driving means. That is, the motor drive means is the first-stage expansion / contraction means, and the second-stage expansion / contraction means by water pressure is added. (Operation) When the cleaning device is not used, the nozzle is housed in the toilet seat box, the motor is drive-controlled by the control circuit according to the device command for cleaning, and the nozzle performs the first stage extension. In this first stage extended state, when the water supply pressure rises, the nozzle further extends forward, against the return spring pressure, to reach the female bidet washing position, and the water is sprayed 30 to 35 mm forward from the position. Further, the magnet provided on the outer diameter of the nozzle is extended so as to correspond to another swing side lead switch position which is further forward of the extension side position (bidet) of the lead switch provided on the support substrate of the nozzle. By doing so, the nozzle further extends (10 to 30 mm), and by repeating this, it becomes possible to swing back and forth at the bidet position. (Example) Next, an example of the present invention will be described based on FIGS. FIG. 1 shows (in which state) the storage nozzle is not used, and the cleaning nozzle 1 is stored in the toilet seat box 3 by a rotating wheel 2 driven by a motor (not shown). FIG. 2 shows the first-stage extension state (stroke l 1 ) by the motor during cleaning, and the rotating wheel 2 is driven by the motor based on the operation of the control device (not shown) in response to the cleaning operation command. The cleaning nozzle 1 is extended obliquely downward and forward by the extension of the drive member 4 interlocked with. The nozzle 1 is composed of an outer nozzle 5 and an inner nozzle 6. The outer nozzle 5 has a rear member 5a and a front member 5b joined together to form a water passage 7 and a spring chamber 8 having an enlarged inner diameter. At the rear end of the rear member 5a, a seal member 10 and a guide ring 11 between the inner diameter and the outer diameter of the water supply tube 9 are fixed, and at the outer diameter, a magnet 12 and a driving end 4a of the driving member 4 are fixed. . 13 and 13a, 13b
Is provided on the substrate 15 on the nozzle support 14 corresponding to the moving position of the magnet 12 by the lead switch, and detects the position of the nozzle when the motor is drive-controlled by a control circuit (not shown). At the front end of the front member 5b, a nozzle support hole 16 is opened in the axial direction, and the inner diameter supports the outer diameter of the inner nozzle 6 so that it can expand and contract. The inner nozzle 6 also has a front nozzle head 17 and a cylindrical body 18 integrally joined to each other, and when the water supply pressure rises from the state shown in FIG. 2, as shown in FIG. (Stroke l 2 ) Extend. This state is a female bidet washing state, and usually 30 to 30% from the anal washing position A.
A fountain is projected 35 mm forward. At this time, the return spring 19 is tightly wound, and the leakage gap between the flange 20 of the cylindrical body and the shoulder 21 of the front member 5b of the outer nozzle 5 is minimized to suppress water leakage. The flange 20
Has a one-part protrusion 22 on its outer diameter, and slidably engages with the slide groove 23 formed in the front member 5b to achieve the positioning effect of the nozzle head 17. Reference numeral 24 is an orifice, which maintains the internal water pressure pushing out the inner nozzle 6 when the water supply pressure rises from the second illustrated state, and allows the residual water in the nozzle to pass to the drain port 25 when not in use. Reference numeral 26 is a drain valve in the water passage 7 for opening and closing the drain port 25 according to the magnitude of the water pressure to remove residual cold water and to minimize water leakage. Reference numeral 27 is a fountain hole, which is directed toward the human body part during extension operation. 28 is a stopper. If necessary, the orifice 24 may be replaced by a valve. FIG. 4 shows a state in which the front and rear swings are further performed in the bidet cleaning state. In the figure, 1 for the extension side lead switch 13a (bide) position
When the magnet 12 is extended so as to correspond to the swinging position of 3b, the nozzle further extends forward by the stroke (l 3 ) between 13a and 13b. Therefore, by displacing the nozzle in the front-rear direction with an appropriate time interval between 13a and 13b, it is possible to swing back and forth in the bidet cleaning, as shown in (l 3 ′), and further improve the cleaning performance and cleaning feeling. You can (3) Since the water is supplied through the water supply tube which is fixed to the nozzle support and movably supports the cleaning nozzle, it is not necessary to perform processing for supplying water to the cleaning nozzle itself. [Effects of the Invention] The present invention has the following unique effects. That is, (1) In the cleaning (nozzle) device housed in the limited space of the toilet box, the conventional electric drive means 1
Longer stretch strokes are obtained, which are not possible with step stretches. Therefore, it is possible to perform jetting directly below (70 ° angle of attack), which is highly effective for washing female bidet. (2) Since a longer extension stroke can be obtained, in addition to the cleaning position described in the preceding paragraph, the electric drive means makes it possible to wash the washing water forward and backward while jetting the washing water without being affected by the water pressure. The effect of bidet washing and the washing feeling can be further improved.
