The present invention relates to an ice tray used in, for example, a home refrigerator of a cold air forced circulation type.

(B) Conventional technology Conventionally, this type of ice tray is provided in an outer tray as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application No. Sho 62-170420 previously filed by the applicant in order to prevent clouding due to air, chalky or impurities in the ice making water. A partition member having a through hole is accommodated therein, and the unnecessary elements are concentrated below the partition member so that transparent ice is generated above the unnecessary element.

(C) Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the conventional example, since the outer peripheral portion of the partition member is only placed on the outer peripheral portion of the outer plate, the positioning between the partition member and the outer plate cannot be performed. Therefore, it is conceivable that the flanges at the respective outer peripheral portions are bent downward and overlap each other. However, in such a structure, when the ice making water is injected, the inside of the partition member and the space between the outer plate and the partition member are filled with water, and eventually the water becomes full. At this time, air between the partition member and the outer plate escapes from the gap between the superposed outer peripheral portions, and water between the outer plate and the partition member also leaks from this gap. Once this leakage starts, the gap is directed downward due to the bending of both flanges, so the leakage continues until the water level in the partition member drops considerably due to the siphon phenomenon, so the size of the generated ice decreases. However, the size of the ice tray must be increased accordingly, and icing around the ice tray installation site due to leaked water has also been a problem.

本発明は係る問題点を解決することを目的とする。 An object of the present invention is to solve such a problem.

(D) Means for Solving the Problems According to the present invention, an upper plate having a plurality of partition portions and having a through hole in a bottom wall corresponding to each partition portion is stored in the lower plate at predetermined intervals. The outer periphery of the upper plate of the ice tray is located inside the lower plate, and a part of the outer periphery of the upper plate is projected outward from the upper end of the lower plate.

(E) Function According to the present invention, when the ice making water is injected, even if water between the upper plate and the lower plate tries to leak from the outer peripheral portion of the upper plate, the water is blocked by the outer peripheral portion of the lower plate and the projecting portion of the upper plate. The upper plate and the lower plate can be separated from each other.

(F) Embodiment Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an ice tray 1 of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along the line AA of FIG. The ice tray 1 comprises a lower plate 2 formed of a synthetic resin such as polypropylene or polyethylene, an upper plate 3 housed in the lower plate 2, and a lower plate 2, respectively.
Comprises an outer plate 4 in which is stored. The lower plate 2 is open upward and has a predetermined depth, and has a flange 5A projecting outward and a predetermined width extending upward and downward from an end of the flange 5A on the outer periphery of the opening. The formed flange 5B is formed. Further, a partition wall 6 is formed at the center thereof so as to protrude from the bottom.

The upper plate 3 also has a predetermined depth, and the inside thereof has a plurality of vertical and horizontal partition walls 7, 7 located corresponding to the partition walls 6 of the lower plate 2.
Are partitioned into a plurality of partitions 8, 8,..., And through holes 10, 10,... Are formed in the bottom wall 9 at positions corresponding to all lower portions of the partitions 8, 8,. The upper plate 3 is housed in the lower plate 2, and the flange 11 around the opening is a flange.
5A, the bottom wall 9 is positioned inside the flange 5B, and the bottom wall 9 is spaced from the bottom wall 12 of the lower plate 2 in this state. Partition into the lower part where 13 is. The side wall of the upper plate 3 and the side wall of the lower plate 2 are also separated from each other, and the interval 13 extends around the upper plate 3.

The outer plate 4 is a deep container opened upward, and its side wall and bottom wall are separated from the lower plate 2 while the flange 5A of the lower plate 2 is engaged with the opening edge thereof, and the outer plate 4 is sealed around the lower plate 2. An air heat insulating layer 14 is formed. Reference numeral 15 denotes a handle portion of the upper plate 3 which is formed by protruding outward from the flange 5B of the lower plate 2 at a part of the upper end of the flange 5B of the lower plate 2 with a small cutout. It is a handle part.

Now, when tap water is poured into the ice tray 1, the water level eventually reaches the upper end of the upper tray 3. At this time, the upper plate 3 is located inside the flange 5B of the lower plate 2, that is, since the outer peripheral portion of the upper plate 3 is located inside the lower plate 2, water in the interval 13 leaks from the flange 11 and Is also blocked by the flange 5B of the lower plate 2, so that it does not leak outside. Also, since the water level of the ice making water can be raised, the size of the ice making tray 1 can be reduced and the generated ice can be increased.

When ice making water is poured into the ice tray 1 and stored in the freezer, the ice is cooled mainly from the surface of the water, so that the ice is frozen last.
Unnecessary elements such as calcium are condensed in 13, and transparent ice is generated in the compartment 8.

(G) Effects of the Invention According to the present invention, when pouring ice-making water, even if water between the upper plate and the lower plate tries to leak from the outer peripheral portion of the upper plate, the upper plate is in the lower plate, so the leaked water is lower. Blocked by the outer periphery.
Therefore, since the level of the ice making water can be raised, the size of the transparent ice can be increased without increasing the size of the ice tray. Further, the problem of icing around the ice tray installation location due to leaked water can be solved. Further, since the upper plate and the lower plate are separated from each other by the protrusion of the upper plate, the ice formed in the upper plate and the ice formed in the lower plate can be easily separated.
