As a conventional device for gripping parts, etc.
As described in the publication, a stretchable bag-like body in which the inner wall surface of the core material is air-tightly fixed is provided, and an opening for inhaling and discharging gas or liquid communicated with the bag-like body is formed in the core material, 2. Description of the Related Art There has been known a device in which a gas or a liquid is sucked into an article in a space surrounded by a bag and the bag is inflated and gripped. In this conventional apparatus, both ends of a bag-like body are fixed to end faces protruding inside a flange formed at upper and lower ends of a core material, and project inside the flange between the inner wall surface of the core material and the bag-like body. Since a space corresponding to the length is formed, the injection pressure of gas or the like is limited, and the presence of the space slows down the response of the bag when supplying and discharging gas or the like. The effective inner diameter of the body is reduced, and the size of parts to be grasped is limited. Therefore, in order to solve such a drawback,
The one described in the publication 7289 was developed. This is to provide a tube body having a substantially uniform wall thickness at both ends opening so as to cover the flat inner peripheral surface of the hollow cylindrical hard main body part and to contact or be very close to each other. Is folded back at the upper and lower edges of the rigid body portion and fixed at a slight distance from the edge outside the rigid body portion to form a sealed state in the tube body, and injects fluid into the rigid body portion into the tube body. An inlet is formed, parts and the like are set in a space surrounded by the tube body, and the tube body is expanded by injecting a fluid to grip the parts and the like. This conventional device,
The upper and lower edges of the tube body are folded back and fixed outside the hard body, and the tube body is in contact with (or very close to) the flat inner peripheral surface of the hard body, so that gas or the like Even if the injection pressure is increased, the tube body is securely fixed,
Excellent responsiveness of expansion and contraction of the tube body, if the whole is the same size, there is no flange so the effective inner diameter of the tube body can be increased, and furthermore, the rigid body part when inserting parts etc. into the tube body Even if it hits the end portion, the end portion is covered by the upper and lower edges of the tube body, so that it has a buffering effect and does not damage components and the like.

In these two conventional apparatuses, the diameters of the upper and lower opening surfaces of the core material and the hard main body are the same, so that the inner diameters of the bag-like body and the tube body are also the same in the vertical direction.

With the conventional gripping device, it is possible to grip most of the components smaller than the inner diameter of the tube body (bag-like body). In some cases, it is also required to have a sealing property at a contact surface between the tube body and parts and the like which are expanded when gripped. In response to such a demand, in the conventional gripping device, the tube body expanded inward does not expand evenly from any part toward the center from the circumference drawn by the inner diameter at the time of non-expansion, and is larger than the inner diameter of the tube body. In a part or the like smaller than a certain size, there is a part where the expanded tube body does not adhere to the entire peripheral surface of the part or the like, and there is a problem that the sealing property is impaired in this part.

Therefore, the present invention exerts a sealing function which can be exerted only on a component having a predetermined outer diameter as in the related art with respect to a component smaller than the inner diameter of the tube as long as the component is within a certain range. It is an object of the present invention to provide a gripping device for a component or the like that can perform a hold function and a sealing function and that has a wide range of target components and the like that can be gripped.

In order to achieve the above-described object, the present invention provides a tube which expands and presses against a part or the like and has an inner diameter of an expansion surface of at least 2 mm.
The points were configured differently. Further, the tube was formed in a tapered shape such that the inner diameter of the swelling surface gradually decreased from the side into which components and the like were inserted toward the opposite side.

In FIG. 1, a tube 2 is mounted so as to expand inside the inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical rigid main body portion 1, and the rigid main body portion 1 is sealed by forming the tube 2 and the inner peripheral surface of the rigid main body portion 1. A fluid inflow path 4 is formed for flowing fluid into and out of the space 3. When the tube 2 is mounted, the upper end is folded back from the inside to the outside of the rigid main body 1, and the folded portion is securely attached by the caulking ring 5 so that the fluid does not leak. Similarly, the lower end side of the tube 2 is folded back from the inside on the lower end side of the rigid main body 1 to the outside, and attached by the caulking ring 6. The hard main body 1 may be made of a metal such as aluminum, or may be made of a plastic material. In this embodiment, the rigid main body 1 is shaped like a truncated cone whose inner diameter at the lower end is larger and inner diameter at the upper end is smaller. Also, the caulking rings 5 and 6 have straight shapes so that the tube 2 can be easily attached. The tube 2 attached to such a rigid main body 1 has a tapered shape such that the inner diameter of the tube inflation surface that expands and presses against a component or the like after attachment gradually decreases from the lower end to the upper end. .

As a shape of the tube 2 before being attached to the rigid main body 1 as shown in FIG. 1, a shape as shown in FIGS. 2 to 5 can be adopted. The tube 2 in FIG. 2 has a tapered shape, the tube 26 in FIG. 3 shows a tube having both ends formed straight, and the tube 2 shown in FIG. From the beginning, both ends are formed so as to open outward. The tube 2 shown in FIG. 5 is of a straight type having the same inner diameter, and is formed with ribs 2A formed on the outer sides of both ends of a mounting portion to improve the sealing property of the space 3.

The case of grasping parts 10 and 11 having different outer diameters in the grasping apparatus described above will be described with reference to FIGS. 6 and 7. When grasping a part 10 having a smaller outer diameter, the inner diameter of the inflation surface of the tube 2 is described. The part 10 is inserted into a place where the diameter is small. At this place, a fluid such as air is injected from the fluid injection path 4 to inflate the tube 2 so that the part 10 is grasped.
The fluid A can be injected from the component 10 into the flow path forming member 7 by maintaining the sealing property at the location where the inflated surface of the component 10 is pressed against the component 10. Alternatively, it is also possible to flow the fluid A from the flow path forming member 7 side to the component 10. FIG. 7 shows a case where the case of the component 11 having a large outer diameter is held and sealed. In this case, the component 11 is gripped at the inner diameter portion of the tube 2 corresponding to the outer diameter of the component 11.

In the above-described embodiment, the inner diameter of the tube 2 is formed in a tapered shape. However, if at least two inner diameters of the tube 2 are different from each other, it is possible to hold and seal parts having at least two types of outer diameters. . In addition, although the tube 2 is folded back at both ends and attached to the rigid main body 1, it is not always necessary to be folded back and attached. When a tapered tube as shown in the embodiment is used, it is a matter of course that the size of the parts that can be held and sealed is large.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the inner diameter of the tube inflation surface that expands and presses against a part or the like is configured to be different in at least two places, a part that can hold and seal the part or the like is provided. The target range becomes wider. The seal between the parts and the tube can be achieved at the small inner diameter.
In addition, in the case where the inner diameter of the tube inflation surface is formed in a tapered shape such that the inner diameter gradually decreases from the side into which components are inserted toward the opposite side, the application range of components to be grasped becomes wider, and the insertion port is wider. Therefore, insertion of the parts and the like into the tube is performed extremely smoothly.
