[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In the case of recycling, incineration and disposal, the "paper part" does not have any problem in the regeneration, incineration and disposal. Although it is possible, there is a problem that toxic gas (chlorine gas) is generated at the time of incineration, and a problem that the incinerator is damaged by generating a higher temperature than paper at the time of incineration.

When heating and pressing, only two paper pieces are heated and pressed to avoid an interposed article. Also,
A receiving plate and a heating press plate are used for heating and pressurizing, and further, a recess for escape is formed in the receiving plate at a position corresponding to the interposed article, and two sheets are formed avoiding the interposed article. Heat and press only the pieces of paper.

FIGS. 3 to 5 are explanatory views of the paper pieces 1 and 2 before the heating and pressurizing. The printing ink layer 11 is applied and formed on the contact surface 3 of the first paper piece 1 in advance. The ink layer 12 is also formed on the contact surface 4 of the preform 2 in advance, and the article W to be packaged is interposed between the contact surfaces 3 and 4, and is heated and pressed (described later) to change the state of FIGS. Then, the article W is packaged integrally in the state shown in FIGS.

The thickness of the first piece of paper 1 is made larger than the thickness of the second piece of paper 2 (with different thicknesses).
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 1, it is desirable that one of the paper pieces 1 be a flat backing paper and the other paper piece 2 be an envelope paper in which the position corresponding to the article W is raised in a convex shape. That is, one piece of paper 1 is used for reinforcement, and the other piece of paper 2 is responsible for a reliable article holding function that also serves to prevent displacement. Further, the other piece of paper 2 is thin, so that a product name, a maker name, a catch phrase, or the like can be obtained. Etc. can be easily printed. Of course, the thickness of the two paper pieces 1 and 2 may be the same or substantially the same.

More specifically, the heating and pressurizing device P includes a receiving plate 14 and a heating press plate 15, and the receiving plate 14 has a recess 16 for escape.
By arranging the concave portion 16 at a position corresponding to the article W interposed therebetween, as shown in FIG. 7, when the heating press platen 15 is pressed from the direction of arrow F (the article W is not pressed, 2) Only the two pieces of paper 1 and 2 can be heated and pressed while avoiding the article W.
