Pressed flowers are an excellent way to preserve natural colors. However, the color often changes during drying. Therefore, in order to prevent discoloration at the time of drying, various methods of drying quickly by heating or using a drying agent have been proposed. Also, as a desiccant, a pH regulator (tartaric acid, citric acid)
And drying in a closed container (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 56-7624).
No. 4). On the other hand, a method of performing a pre-treatment upon drying has been proposed. For example, although not specifically described, a method of chemically fixing and drying the color (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication (Kokai) No. 53-1434).
28 and 54-152533) and a method of immersing in alcohol and drying (Japanese Patent Publication No. 57-34801). It is also reported that pressing pressed flowers in vinegar is effective.

The sheet impregnated with the organic acid has air permeability, and a sheet obtained by dissolving the organic acid in water or a solvent and impregnating the sheet or drying the sheet as necessary is used. The amount of the organic acid present in the sheet is preferably about 0.05 g to 3 g per 1,000 cm 2 of the sheet surface, and a thin urethane foam having open cells, paper, nonwoven fabric, etc. can be used.
