2. Description of the Related Art In a modular connector used for terminal equipment in an integrated digital communication network, a common mode choke coil in which four electric wires are wound around a toroidal core at the same time is connected in series between connector conductors in an integrated structure. There is a so-called modular connector, which prevents the occurrence of electromagnetic interference. FIG. 4 shows a state in which a conventional modular connector is being assembled. This modular connector has a structure in which connector conductors 103 and 104 obtained by dividing a P-type conductor into two are fitted into a slit 102 of a connector main body 101. The connector conductor 103 has enlarged portions 103a and 103b at corners and ends, and is bent at an obtuse angle. The connector conductor 104 has an enlarged portion 104a at the end and an obtuse angle at the right-angle bent portion. Enlarged portion 103 at the end of connector conductors 103 and 104
b and 104a are used for connecting to the connector, and the bulging portion 103a at the corner of the connector conductor 103 is connected to the connector body 101.
This is for securing the hanging length of the connector conductor 103 from above. The connector conductors 103 and 104 are fitted to the four slits 102 at the center of the connector main body 101 such that the ends protrude into the concave portion 106 above the connector main body 1. 4
A toroidal type common mode choke coil 107 having three windings is placed in a concave portion 106 and the end of the winding is connected to a conductor 10.
3, 104 and were connected by soldering.

In the conventional modular connector, the work of directly connecting the ends of the connector conductors 103 and 104 is performed by arranging the connector conductors so as to be wider than the interval between the slits as shown in FIG. Do it again. However, in conventional modular connectors, since the ends of the connector conductors are large, the interval between these ends is small, so that the assembly operation is difficult, and requires a large number of skilled workers and many man-hours, resulting in low productivity. There is. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a modular connector equipped with a common mode choke coil which is easy to assemble and has high productivity.

According to the present invention, a common mode choke coil formed by winding a plurality of windings around a single core is accommodated in a case and partially protrudes outside the case. In a modular connector in which a plurality of connector conductors are respectively connected to ends of the windings, a plurality of locking projections are formed on an outer peripheral portion, and a plurality of conductor insertions for inserting the ends of the connector conductors. A tongue-shaped terminal is fixed to the locking projection of the substrate having the hole, and a substantially ring-shaped ring-shaped terminal is fixed around the conductor insertion hole;
A wiring board having a connection lead wire for connecting the tongue-shaped terminal and the ring-shaped terminal fixed to the board ;
Placing the wiring board in the case while placing the wiring board on the wiring board and connecting the end of the winding to the tongue-shaped terminal by soldering with the locking projection of the wiring board being cut off;
And connecting the connector conductor to the ring-shaped terminal by soldering in a state where the connector conductor is inserted through the conductor insertion hole.
Therefore, the common mode choke between the connector conductors
Thus , a modular connector to which a coil is connected is obtained.

The common mode choke coil of the present invention
Since the mounted modular connector has a configuration with a wiring board, the work can be divided into a combination of a wiring board and a coil and a combination of a wiring board and a connector body.
In addition, since the ends of the windings need only be tangled to the locking projections of the wiring board, it is not necessary to tie the ends of the windings to the connector conductor having a small interval, so that the assembling work is easy. Therefore, productivity is high.
