と、円筒体の一端が外方に突出するフランジを有しその
筒部にねじ係合部を形成した一対の耐蝕性かつ剛性を有
する係止具とからなり、押え具本体は上部押え具と下部
押え具とに分割された構成であり、該押え具本体の内面
に係止具を挿入して押え具本体を包囲して結合してなる
