タットミキシングバルブの改良に関する。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Industrial application field) The present invention adjusts the amount of hot water and the amount of water by operating a control valve by a temperature sensing part which senses the temperature of the mixed water, and sets the mixed water to a predetermined temperature. More specifically, the thermosensitive mixing valve is arranged in a mixing chamber formed inside the lower half of the guide cylinder, the upper end of which is linked to an operation handle provided above the guide cylinder. The present invention relates to an improvement of a thermostatic mixing valve that operates a control valve by moving a temperature sensing part up and down with a rotation operation.

Further, in order to seal the space between the partition (14) and the guide cylinder (2) in a water-tight manner, a new groove (31) is provided on the outer periphery of the partition (14), and a seal member (32) is fitted. . Therefore, the production of the guide cylinder (2) takes extra time and effort, and the number of parts increases, thus increasing the production cost. Also, when replacing the seal member (18), the partition (14) must be taken out of the guide tube (2), which requires extra labor.

Then, the through hole (12) is opened, the mixing chamber (1) and the mixed water flow path (11) are communicated, and the mixed water is sent to the water discharge pipe (13). Further, the opening amount of the on-off valve (15) is adjusted by pressing down the operation handle (6), and at the same time the opening and closing of the through hole (12) is adjusted to adjust the outflow amount of the mixed water.

ルブ。1. A guide cylinder having a hot water flow path, a water flow path, and a mixing chamber communicating with both flow paths is provided in a valve body. The above-mentioned mixing chamber is formed and a spring case is provided on the upper side so as to be freely screwed,
In the mixing chamber, a temperature sensing part with the lower end linked to the control valve is arranged,
The cylindrical part of the temperature sensing part is slidably inserted into the guide hole of the partition wall and linked to the spring case, and the control operation of the control valve is performed by moving the spring case and the temperature sensing part up and down in conjunction with the turning operation of the operation handle. In the thermostatic mixing valve, the partition is provided integrally with the inside of the guide cylinder, and an annular concave groove is formed on the lower surface thereof along the edge of the guide hole, and the inner edge of the concave groove communicates with the guide hole. The lower surface opening is communicated with the mixing chamber, and a sealing member for sealing between the cylindrical portion of the temperature sensing portion and the guide hole in a watertight manner is fitted into the concave groove, and the opening of the guide hole is provided in the mixing chamber. A thermostatic mixing valve fitted with a holding cylinder having a holding surface for closing the lower surface opening of the concave groove.
