っ掛かり、円滑な基板中継が阻害されるという不具合が
あった。殊に、搬送装置3からマガジン2への基板中継
においては、案内部材4とマガジン2の上下方向におけ
る相対位置が変化するので、案内部材4とマガジン2の
基板収納部との位置関係のバラツキが大きく、上記不具

自在に設けられており、図においては、軸6を中心に揺
動自在となっている。案内部材5は基板1の底面に当接
する案内面5aを有し、案内面5aにて基板1を案内する。
案内部材5は後述する駆動手段によって揺動せしめら
れ、基板1の移動方向における案内面5aの先端側が高く
なるようになっている。すなわち、第1図(a)に示し
た様に、マガジン2から搬送装置3への基板受け渡しの
際には、案内面5aの搬送装置側の方がマガジン側よりも
高くなり、第1図(b)に示した様に、搬送装置3から
マガジン2への基板受け渡しの際には案内面5aのマガジ

プッシュロッド11に担持された押圧部材12が当接してい
る。押圧部材12はノックシリンダ8に供給されるエア圧
等に応じプッシュロッド12と共に突起10を下方へ押圧
し、案内部材5を揺動せしめるのである。また、突起10
はリターンスプリング13によって上方へ付勢されてお
り、ノックシリンダ8による押圧力が突起10に作用しな
くなると突起10がリターンスプリング13によって上方へ
引き戻され、軸6を中心に案内部材5が揺動せしめられ
るのである。すなわち、ノックシリンダ8及びリターン
スプリング13が案内部材5を揺動せしめる駆動手段とし
て作用するのである。この他、該駆動手段としてカム機

発明の効果 以上説明した様に、本発明による基板中継装置におい

た案内部材を駆動手段によって揺動せしめ、基板の移動
(進行)方向における案内部材の先端側を高くする構成
を採っているので、2方向いずれの基板移動に対しても
案内部材の案内面が適当なる迎角をもって基板を案内で
きる。それ故、移動方向における基板先端の下縁がマガ
ジンや搬送装置に引っ掛からなくなり、信頼性の高い基
板中継が達成される。特に、搬送装置からマガジンへの
基板中継の際には、マガジンを所定間隔ずつ昇降させる
